I was nervous after reading that negative review, but it's from 3 years ago. I had a washer that…read morestopped working so I filed a claim with my home warranty. Sears (supposed to be a reputable name) took 3 weeks to get to get to me, and it was impossible to speak to a human being! ABC was reassigned to my claim on a Tuesday and they were here the very next day. Dason, the technician was early for the appointment which worked out better for me! He diagnosed the problem within minutes, and ordered the part right away. They called me as soon as it came in and had me in the schedule the next day. Guess what! Dason was early again! Took about 15 minutes and he was finished. I had a washer again! He even noticed that my dryer thing wasn't connected great to the vent, so he taped it back together for me. Everyone I spoke to in their office was friendly and responsive. Would recommend!

When I went over there the next day I was very upset to see the only thing he had done was rinse the cleaner off the shower and sink that I had sprayed on and vacuumed one room, not the edges or baseboards. He did not have the right cleaning products for stainless steel appliances or ceramic cooktop. I don't think he even wiped them off at all. I know he didn't clean the countertop, wipe out drawers, cabinets or refrigerator. I am not exaggerating how bad it was. He did almost NOTHING. My kid has a black lab that sheds like crazy and there was still dog hair everywhere, a dead beetle beside the toilet and the floor was still dirty, didn't even open the door to the pantry or washer and dryer areas. I took pictures and sent to him. He called immediately and offered a partial refund. I argued for full refund because I had to clean the place myself. He blocked my number and never sent anything. I would also like to note that I clearly warned him several times that it was a LOT of hair from the dog so he could decline if they didn't want to do it. ***Response: I'm sorry I said that I was working my a** off. I didn't mean to offend you. I was very angry. The bottom line is that you took a job and failed to do it. The proof is that you quickly offered a refund. You said it would take 7 days. This company by far has some of the most incompent people looking to scam. dont trust this company…read moreat all. i had a microwave issue and the guy was overweight insisted that i wear a mask in my own house (i guess that was my fault for wanting to be nice). which by the way i'm never gonna fall for that crap to anyone. anyway, after he went and dismantled the microwave, the guy left screws on the counter leaving the microwave unstable. on top of that the guy was unprepared. he was asking me for step ladders so that he could do the job. i helped him out only because i needed that microwave working. his analysis was the most stupidest things ive ever heard. he said that the microwave failed because there was no glass plate. we it so happened that the plate had broke when it was turned on. i dont think thats supposed to happen. anyway, be prepared to be scammed bigly if you use this outlet
