The noodles were soft, slightly tangled, and clearly living their best life in that container. The fried egg was hanging out in little fluffy chunks like, "Yeah, I belong here," and honestly, it did. Every bite felt like a warm, carb-loaded hug from someone who doesn't really like hugs but tries anyway. The chicken was surprisingly tender, like it actually went to the gym and stretched before showing up. The veggies added just enough crunch to remind me that I made at least one healthy decision today. Portion-wise, this thing could feed you, your future self, and possibly the next tenant who moves into your apartment. Value for money? Absolutely. Flavor-wise, it wasn't the dramatic, saucy Thai experience that makes you question your life choices -- this was more like the chill friend who shows up in sweatpants and still vibes. Simple, tasty, comforting, and zero unnecessary drama. Would I eat it again? Yes. Would I marry it? Also yes, but I don't think that's legal in my state. Service was very friendly and good staff.

It's always accurate and can range from 15 to 45 minutes in my experience, based on the size of the order and how busy they are. The food is always delicious and consistent! The only thing to note is that the quantities vary between items and don't always seem to match prices exactly. When ordering for several people, or ordering dishes I haven't gotten before, it's a bit unknown if it will be more than enough or not (especially regarding appetizers). I think this has gotten better since when I first started going there though, but it could be because I know the menu better. We go here on occasion since they opened and have ordered takeout for just two of us, or up to 10 of us, and everyone always enjoys their meals. Favorites are definitely the Massaman curry (I don't get it other places now since they have the best). I like it with either veggies or chicken the best. It's a very creamy, thick sauce, with lots of cashews, potatoes, onions, and topped with crisp onions. Delicious and filling! I always have enough for two meals from one order. Their fried rice options are also favorites of our household. I enjoy the sweet chili fried rice (best with shrimp in my opinion). The house fried rice is also a big hit, especially for those who like a mixture chicken, beef, & shrimp. It's also very easy to make customizations like eliminating pineapple or peppers or whatever to meet your taste. Their in-store market is also a great find. They have lots of snacks and cooking supplies that you can't find anywhere else in the area. Over the holidays, I picked up some interesting snacks for stocking stuffers, so it's a great place to grab a unique gift or snack.

In fact, we almost drove on, but we wanted to give it a chance. We walked in and they had 2 tables for 4 and a bar area by the window for a few seats. It's a mostly take-out place but we wanted to dine in. It's basically a 2 person show. The woman was very nice and does all the cooking. We ordered beef lo mein, chicken and broccoli with fried rice, hot and sour soup and wonton soup. Our initial impressions were "wow" the portions were huge! We do love leftovers! There were a ton of veggies and meat in both dishes. The veggies could not have been any fresher. They were not soggy and cooked perfectly. The meat was also generous and very tender, not fatty at all. There were even loads of veggies in the soups. I typically don't care for the pork in the fried rice but this pork I was picking out to eat separately. It also was all meat and tender. The food was excellent. Don't drive past this little place or you will miss out on some of the best Chinese food around. We will definitely be returning.

There is nothing special about the food BUT - the magic is that it is consistent, expertly prepped, old-timey comfort food. Portions are SUPER generous, and my family firmly believes they have the best crab rangoons and eggrolls in the greater Augusta area. There are endless specials and lunch combinations and everything I have tried I have enjoyed. The pu-pu for two with fried rice is, of course, their MVP. Service is fast and friendly, the staff are always accommodating, polite, and happy to chat. If you visit once, there is a good chance they will remember you and your favorite drink! The inside decor is dated in a 1980's charming kind of way. You can tell the tables and booths are well loved and well used. Traditional hot tea, soft drinks, beer, and wine are available and the cocktails come in the exotic glasses with all the paper umbrellas and maraschino cherry garnish. This is where I go when I'm looking for great portions, fast service, and friendly atmosphere. Oh! They are also good for large groups/family dinner night. Excellent for take out as well. There is plenty of parking, ADA ramp accessible and there are excellent views of the city and Capitol building.
