Drive thru
Jennifer R.

I have driven by it tons of times, but this is another place I would have missed if it weren't for the good Yelp reviews. Online ordering and drive through pickup were super easy. The order was ready exactly at the stated pick up time. I thought it was funny they make a note about the spicy pad thai on the menu not being able to be customized for less heat. Then I tasted the pad thai. It was just one foot over the line into "uncomfortably hot" territory for me. Like lips and tongue burning up hot. Also a little heavy on the fish sauce for my personal taste. Hibachi teriyaki chicken was simple and satisfying. It comes with rice and mixed veggies. The side of creamy yum yum sauce really made it. Everything was hot, fresh and reasonably priced. The portions are also really generous, so could easily make two meals depending on appetite.

I came thanks to the fresh ingredients and the reviews. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and freshly made. Intending to add to my regular restaurants.

I really appreciate the easy online ordering and the drive-thru pickup option, especially right now, but pretty much always. The food was good - the Alaska roll seemed fresh, and could have just used some kind of light sauce, but some soy and wasabi took care of that, and the salmon and crab were great. The crab Rangoon was really nice, with a creamy filling and crunchy outside, and the sweet and sour sauce is my favorite translucent plastic-looking variety XD I also got the chicken hibachi dinner for later, and mostly enjoyed it. The chicken was well cooked and had a good sauce with it, but the veggies were a little cold. The ginger sauce was decent, but seemed unnecessary - I just dumped everything together in a big bowl and that seemed to do the trick to distribute the sauce under the chicken and veggies. Overall this is a good alternative to my usual Chinese and sushi choices, definitely worth trying again.

I like the concept of a drive thru hibachi and bento box restaurant. I would come here again, food came out quick, but I would try something different. I did not enjoy the hibachi chicken. The pieces were very roughly chopped and not uniform. The quality and appearance was questionable, it may have just been the coating/sauce wasn't really sure what was going on. I never had a piece with bad texture that I tasted but I was still hesitant. The portion size was large, but I pretty much just ate the rice and veggies. I would have actually preferred the size of the veggies and chicken to be swapped but maybe that's just me. The rice and veggies were good tho and I enjoyed all of that along with the ginger sauce.

I'm so impressed with Bento Go. The food is always fresh and amazing. Every bit taste like it was made just for you. Drive thru line can be long because again they are cooking what you ordered. So be patient because it's worth it. . The pricing is also worth mentioning as it's more than fair. The staff is super friendly. I now drive out of my way for Bento Go. The spring rolls are the best in town and the Hibachi chicken with yum yum sauce is my favorite. Bonus: Their Sushi is great. Keep up the good work! Yum!!!!

On our birthday, EBS and I was born on same day - I was his older lady, his phone popped up a memory from the year before. He got to eat a Bento box from one of his favorite places. ( I ran a book fair for 12 hrs. that day at school). Got me hungry for one. Not many places in Columbus came up in my search for one so this is my first try. Not the traditional one, I took a star off for no sticky rice ball but not bad for a place in a former Wendy's. Got hibachi shrimp and spring rolls. Shrimp was great, but too much zucchini for my taste. Spring rolls was much fatter than those I love from Pho House in AA, but almost as good. But I can tell you that I love the chop sticks they have. Round and heavier than the ones I have even gotten in higher price places we went. Took an extra pair or 2 to keep with me. For the price, not bad. Will try a few of the others and let you know.

The food is great and it's also a great value! It's definitely a step from the typical under $10 Asian fusion options.

Thought it was delicious for fast Asian. No yucky thickening of the sauce. Made to order and tasted really fresh. Will definitely go back!

By far one of the best Asian kitchens in Columbus!…read more Fiery Sky is easily one of my favorite Asian restaurants in Columbus. Everything we tried was so fresh and full of flavor. Their homemade crab rangoons are absolutely delicious, and the Kung Pao Triple Delight was incredible. You can really tell they put care into the food and use fresh ingredients. The employees were so nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The restaurant itself is also very clean and beautifully kept, with a great ambiance that makes you want to sit and enjoy your meal. Between the amazing food, friendly service, and beautiful, clean atmosphere, Fiery Sky is definitely a place I'll be coming back to!

The same wasn't true of the Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders. Good size and shape, but the sauce was less plentiful and didn't hit the spot like the Tso's. Rounding out the meal were the Green Beans with Minced Pork. I couldn't really taste the pork as the green beans overpowered it. But fortunately they were some good beans, and I treated the dish like a side along with the fried and white rices. I would like to dine in and try other dishes from their (Americanized) Local Favorites menu. They also have a separate Traditional Chinese menu if that's more your style.

This upscale Chinese restaurant has been in business for decades but has recently reopened after a kitchen fire. With more than 200 reviews, they have a 4.8-5 STAR rating. I've always enjoyed their food, portion size, the ambiance of their interior and super service. What sets Hunan Lion apart is the chefs perfection of sweat and spicy sauces whose flavors profile are unfounded. The flavors are heavenly and unequalled by other restaurants in the area. I ordered the Mongolian Beef ($19.95, my daughter the Pad Thai ($19.95) and her friend the Sesame Beef ($18.95). Everyone enjoyed their dishes. The portion size allows for a second meal the following day.

Disappointed to find out it was General Tso chicken on one side and Hunan Shrimp on the other. Not a true Phoenix and Dragon dish. Very gooey. Chicken was over fried hunks of General Tso doused in gooey sauce...just uneatable. Should be chicken breast meat and raw shrimp stirred fried in a clear spicy sauce. Panned Fried Noodles Combo. Good amount of beer, chicken, and shrimp with broccoli on top of thin egg noodles. Noodles were hardly pan fried and were really mushy. Ugh. Wor Sui Gai. Probably the worst I've ever had. It was sweet and sour chicken with a tasteless bland gravy on top. Since you can only find Wor Sui Gai in Central Ohio (because of the OG Cantonese Chinese families who settled here), this was a major disappointment. The only highlight of our $75 dinner were the Spring Rolls. Good shell, not over fried. Good cabbage filling and seasoned inside. I had great hopes that Hunan Lion might be the best Chinese food in Columbus. But for its high prices....not the quality you'd expect. The problem - the menu is too big. Different dishes made from the same base ingredients or fried foods but in different sauces. Sauces that are too gooey and overwhelming. I'd rather see less items and quality food than multi pages of menu. Bring back the Cantonese food of the OG Chinese restaurants of yesteryear. Only Wing's is left. No more Jong Mea, Rice Bowl, the Peacock Kitchens, Gam Long, the old Ding Ho.

I opted for delivery and was looking for a quick soup. Another helpers picture caught my attention and they offered free delivery on dash. Food arrived really fast, piping hot, and was absolutely delicious. I had the Dapanji stirred noodles which was silky and smooth and packed with flavor. The chicken was chunks of thigh meat on the bone and had bell peppers and potatoes. Sounds simple but MAN! Delish! It also had fresh noodles in a separate container. I also ordered hot n sour just in case I didn't like it, and I tasted it but couldn't put the Dapanji down. Hot n sour was also fantastic (leftovers for lunch tomorrow!). The eggroll was so so fresh and crispy. Not oily at all and the texture of the meat (white meat chicken) and veggies was PERFECT! This was probably the best door dash meal I have ever had. I must try eating in the restaurant soon! Side note, they also packed everything in the cutest containers and included utensils (spoon, chopsticks, toothpick)

So excited to try a new noodle hot pot spot and was very happy with our experience!…read more It's tucked into a little plaza near Kroger in UA. Plenty of parking. When we went, there was no wait and only a few other diners. Very clean and quiet. We sat right away. The space was a little cold but it's winter so that's sometimes the case. They have QR menus, which I hate. However, the menu is gigantic, so maybe that's why? Still, it's such a pain to use online menus. They brought ice water out right away and it was maybe a cucumber water? So refreshing and in stainless steel cups! I loved that. We ended up ordering spring rolls (order of 6 for about $6). They were crispy, hot, and delicious. I wish they had an order of 1 or 2. For our hot pot soups, Mr got a spicy broth with some kind of beef and I got the basic broth with a spicy chicken. Mr loved his - he's a big fan of numbing spicy. I tried it and it definitely was spicy but in a good way. Mine was perfect - broth was super flavorful and the chili oil from the chicken added the perfect amount of spice. You also can get extra noodles for free if you dine in, but I didnt have any room left! Next time, I might just get the hot pot without added protein. It was lovely just by itself. As I mentioned, the menu is huge. There are so many things I'd like to try. I'd recommend it and would love to come back again!

But please... father I have failed you for 20 years, please I need you to to guide my sword and I cannot do it alone. It's the broth. Before anyone says "high prices for non premium ingredients"... There is more than a spirit in the cooking. More than just the soul. But emotion. Maybe Koreans feel this in our blood. Restaurant Silla is one of those hidden-in-plain-sight gems -- tucked in the same shopping center as Marc's, yet I'd walked past it for years without noticing. A coworker finally nudged me to give it a shot, and I'm glad they did. Inside, it's cozy but vibrant. Neon lighting dances off paper lanterns above, and there's a fish tank so boldly decorated it could double as an aquarium exhibit. (Shoutout to whoever's in charge of the underwater vibe.) Ordering is all done via touchscreen tablets at the table -- easy, fast, and gives you space to browse without pressure. ‍ As for the food... let's break it down: * Chap Chai ($16) Stir-fried glass noodles with beef and veggies This was my personal order -- and unfortunately, a one-bite fail. The noodles were clumped and glossy with a sauce texture I couldn't get past. I passed the dish off, and to be fair, the person who finished it texted later saying it was actually really good... but understood why I couldn't hang. Texture-sensitive eaters, consider yourself warned. * Young-Ja Mandu (Large - $25) Deep-fried dumplings with spicy sauce and a side salad The dumplings themselves? Excellent -- crispy, flavorful, no complaints. The salad was surprisingly fruity, with chunks of apple, pear, and possibly mango tossed in. Super fresh, a little odd, but definitely not forgettable. * Fried Dumplings ($8) Pork and veggie, served with seasoned soy sauce These were the winner of the night. Perfectly crisp outside, juicy and flavorful inside. Straightforward and well-executed -- I'd come back for these alone. Before the entrees landed, we were served a complimentary spread of banchan (Korean side dishes) -- a mix of pickled radish, cucumbers, bean sprouts, a creamy slaw, something red and spicy that might've been seafood... who knows, but I'd eat it again. It was a thoughtful, generous touch and gave the meal a more immersive feel. A few things to know: - This is authentic Korean food, not Americanized. If something doesn't hit right, it's likely your palate -- not the kitchen. - Prices had me expecting either larger portions or more premium ingredients. That wasn't always the case, so plan your order accordingly. Final Thought: Silla isn't trying to be everyone's favorite. It leans into traditional Korean flavors and textures unapologetically -- and I respect that. If you're the kind of eater who's curious, open-minded, and willing to explore beyond your usual go-tos, this place offers a real-deal intro to Korean dining. Bonus points if you stay for karaoke -- or just bask in the glowing neon and aquarium glow while sipping on hot tea.
