He answered all my questions and really educated me on fire extinguishers and their care. He recommended another business for me because it suited my needs better when he could've taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and charged me for services I didn't need. They set me up with an amazing system with high quality cameras and a great app that alarms when anyone is within frame for the allotted time. Came in and followed delivery instructions I requested and ID this "Gentlemen " Came out very bossy and ask about the delivery, I said is alcohol, Order placed by AAA I just need to scan your ID and he went crazy, ask me about who placed the order, You need to give me a receipt, by Federal law you're required. I am like Sir the person who placed the order will get a digital receipt. I just need to scan Your ID an order to hand you the bag That's all and he literally put he's ID right on my eyes and he goes here,here's my ID. I said dont be rude You're way to old to be acting this way I am just making a Delivery. I tell him if you don't want me to scan your ID I am just going to take this back that's when he calm down a little and actually let me do my job. In the mean time he had other 4 guys behind him like they were getting ready to jump me or something.
