Came here with a few friends of mine because someone saw that it had good reviews and also we were craving sushi. Didn't know what to expect, but we were hopeful. This place wasn't too busy for a weeknight, which was great for us. The waitress was very attentive and took our orders promptly. We ended up geting 3 different rolls, the uni pasta, and the salmon fried rice. All of them were really good! We also were feeling adventurous and order the fruit roll. Not our favorite as the sweet and savory flavors didn't mix that well, but we were glad we tried it. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend trying for yourself! I called the restaurant to tell them about the issue and to get a refund. The person that I talked to didn't mention fixing the issue and said that they don't do refunds. This was my first time ordering from here and looking forward to late night cravings when I discovered hairs on both my orders and lost my appetite. I feel disappointed with the customer service when I called the following day to tell them and I was questioned as to why I didn't call them immediately. Well let me see, it was closing time when my food was picked up and by the time I ate my food it was late so the natural course of action is to call the following day. The flavors were bland to taste. I don't want free food nor a refund, keep the money--times are hard after all, but take accountability for the food you serve people, instead of making it seem like I'm lying. This has been the only bright spot food wise since moving to the IE. Not surprisingly it has been empty every time I have gone in...such a shame. The food is out of this world.
