This was my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered takeout online. Mulligatawny Soup, Chana Saag, Garlic Naan, Butter Chicken. Everything was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Portions were generous, each main dish came with a large serving of rice. The person at the front desk was nice and told me about how many minutes it would take before my order was ready. He also asked if I needed plasticware. The restaurant was nice inside and seemed clean. My only complaint was the floors were real sticky.

Butter chicken , samosa chaat, chaat papri and Beef Jalfrezi

Food was excellent. Ordered for takeout. Only thing I didn't like was the mango lassi . Had to much vanilla taste. Butter chicken was excellent!

Butter Chicken $15.99

I have been coming here for the last year for dinner and it has been nothing short of amazing. The service is excellent, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The sweet Lassi is my favorite drink on the menu, perfectly complementing the food. Alongside a good starter is the meat samosas with tamarind chutney. Then they have hands down the best shrimp curry, butter chicken, and garlic Naan in Buffalo. I'd recommend this place to anyone coming into town or already living here who wants to trying something different. Keep doing great Bengal Grill.

Alhamdulillah for this halal treasure in Kenmore. The food is really good and I enjoy the Bangladeshi takes on classic Indian dishes: the flavors are unique can't be missed. However they only offer a handful of authentic Bangladeshi dishes, so you should ask if that's what you're looking for. Try the delicious rice pudding for an indulgent dessert! Their halal tandoori wings are great, but so is the mixed tandoori platter: meat over rice boxes; Thai chicken soup; special biriyani with chicken, beef, AND eggs; etc. Honestly have not had a bad meal here.

Very affordable in comparison to some other local Indian restaurants. Some of their sauces are a bit sweeter than I'm used to, but everything had great flavor! Huge portions, extra side sauces provided, and prepared quickly for pickup. We will definitely be back!

Shawarma

First time here. Had shrimp Biryani medium spicy and green chili naan. My wife had chicken shawarma over rice. The food was excellent. Restaurant was clean and simple. Service was good. As a heads up I like spicy but medium was all I could handle

Excellent food, staff, and service. We asked for the most authentic dish and were suggested the beef both over rice. We gave it a try and it was the best dish by far. We were cold inside the restaurant and the wait staff was quick to notice and change the heat level. We look forward to our next visit and to try more dishes that are offered.

Finally some good halal food in Buffalo

The place looks good, food is really good compared to other halal food in Buffalo. It was really good to go for Iftar. The Chaa was a fine ending to my Iftari.

The man I talked to who prepared my food is from Jerusalem, it was very cool hearing his story and seeing the passion he has for cooking food from his beloved Homeland. (I thought I detected salt, pepper and allspice among others; it was truly delicious!) Throughout the restaurant were blinking "Ramadan Kareem" signs in multicolors: It was very cheerful. Most of the food is done take-out, either by customers arriving for pickup, or delivery by service. If you care to sit, the restaurant is galley-shaped: Food prep area on the left, comfortable chairs and bench seats on the right. The menu is huge and varied. I had the lamb shawarma, and because it was after 2pm, I could no longer order it a la carte. However, this was a blessing as the combo gave me a chance to try more of their food, and everything was delicious. The prices were very reasonable. There are posted signs at the register that a surcharge of 3.5% is added unless you're paying cash. I'm looking forward to returning with my family for their lentil soup, fattoush salad, babaganoush, and hummus. Chilled beverages and tea for purchase; no alcohol allowed on the premises. Very family friendly.

Another trip to the West Side Bizarre and another delicious meal consumed. This week it was M Asian…read moreHalal Foods that filled my stomach for dinner and they did a pretty darn good job at it. This was my first time having Pakistani since moving to Buffalo but knowing where this place was located was almost a guarantee that is was going to be fantastic. The menu features a lot of unique items that I absolutely need to try in the future (most notably the goat curry) but the chicken biryani is what drew me in on this day. The gentleman working the counter was friendly and and quick to deliver the food when It was done (nice and hot too!). The rice served with this dish would of been enough alone to satisfy me but the chicken that was underneath it gets 2 thumbs up! I can't put my finger on what exactly the flavouring was but it was absolutely delicious in every way. M Asian Halal Foods is another fantastic addition to the West Side Bizarre. If you are hungry and wanting to get something new, give these guys a shot, you will not be disappointed!

So they're talking about having a black guy play James Bond. Idris Elba, I believe, was the front…read morerunner. So my question is... When are they going to make M Asian? The owners of this little stand, apparently, were wondering the same thing. And considering that one of the other amazing places inside the West Side Bazaar is "007 Asian Food", I think they're trying to tell us something. What to get: Chicken Karahi, or Egg Curry. What not to get: garrotted by one of Q's gadgets. Absolutely spectacular Indian food hidden away in the wonderful West Side Bazaar. One of the newer stands this place specializes in the egg Curry and especially the car. Chicken Karahi is a Pakistani specialty which is absolutely delicious. These guys know how to make it. Every bite is absolutely wonderful. Prices under $10 in the portion will fill you up. It's nice and oily just the way I like it. Indian food is a little like Chinese and Mexican food in that (a) there are a massive number of varieties, many of which are nothing like each other, and (b) the majority of people in the US don't know or understand the cuisine whatsoever. What most Americans think is Indian, Chinese or Mexican food is absolutely not. It's probably bland, overly-sugary gentrified crap that was literally invented to sell to Americans, which the majority of people from the culture or country in question, would never go near. Such as the dish "Butter Chicken" which is about as authentic as a Taco Bell taco. And as bland, sugary, and spiceless, too. Yay Murica. What you need to do when you go for Indian or Pakistani food - if you've chosen well and picked a place that has some real Indian food, like this stand does - is to pick dishes that are actually authentic. In this case, the Egg Curry and the Chicken Karahi are both delicious, full of flavour and spice, and must-try dishes. The samosa is also excellent. If you haven't been to the West Side Bazaar, you haven't really experienced Buffalo Cuisine. We have some of the most delicious treats hidden around the region and this place is one of the very best. While you're in here, get a fruit smoothie (no milk, ask for real fruit) from Gourmet Lao, as well as the sticky rice from 007 and the Garlic Chicken soup from the Burmese place across from M Asian. Now I'm going to write to the Broccoli family (and the late Ian Fleming) and Daniel Craig (and Sean Connery) and ask when the hell they are going to make M Asian. Speaking of which, I'll take the rapists for 400. And I want Swords for 600. That's not what your mother said last night Trebek.
