The location is easy to find and parking wasn't bad. We came on the weekend, so not sure what it might be on the weekdays. The decor is so welcoming and warm. We enjoyed the peach cobbler muffin and a coffee cake muffin. Warm and perfectly prepared :) The coffee was very tasty however my friend didn't care for the guava drink. We didn't try the food, but everything coming out looked great. A couple of small downsides: parking can be a bit tricky, although we found free street parking just down the block. Though disappointed about the inability to try the (iced) coffee flight, the lattes we did order and my friend's smoothie bowl were delicious!
