My family had a very unfortunate experience with Daniel and Ryan. We have been searching for a larger vehicle to accommodate our growing family and found what we thought was the perfect fit at Bend Honda. We are not local and would be driving 3 hrs one way so we spoke with Daniel to ensure this was going to be worth our time. We asked a few questions via text and over the phone the day before we planned on making the long trek there. During our communication, Daniel relayed that there was a "mistake" in the pricing as there was a discount listed that they "forgot" to include accessories within the price. He stated that they would honor the price we were originally quoted but the website would be updating the price to include the accessories they had "forgotten to include." We showed up the next morning as planned with every intention of leaving the lot with the vehicle at the quoted price. We looked at the vehicle and it seemed like Daniel was unprepared as we had some questions on the technology that he couldn't answer or just didn't know. With having a full day to prep I expected he would do his due diligence and know the vehicle inside and out. Even though that was a bit off putting, we still wanted to proceed with the purchase. After we did the credit check and were finalizing the details, we were advised that they would be removing the accessories from the vehicle unless we paid extra for them. Never was it mentioned during our conversation before that the accessories would need to be peeled off and removed unless we paid the additional amount because of their mistake. We requested to speak with the manager and were introduced to Ryan. After explaining the situation, they still were not budging on honoring the discount for the vehicle they presented to us. This was obviously upsetting so when they said they would pay for our gas in the car we showed up in to go away, we stated we did not want their money. Ryan had the audacity to respond with the snide remark, "sure seems like you want to take my money" in reference to the accessories that were already installed on the vehicle. Weird thing to say to someone that was just about to give you $45k+. Needless to say we left very upset and disappointed that we were lured there over deceptive pretenses. We will never buy any Honda products moving forward. read more

I drove five hours to Bend to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I worked with Dylan and Bryan, and here's why I loved my experience: 1. They are quite fair with their pricing; they worked with me to reach a reasonable price on the vehicle I'd been searching for. 2. Dylan was very responsive, friendly, and not at all pushy. He was genuinely interested in getting me the right vehicle, and making sure I understood the Lithia sales process before I made the five-hour drive to Bend to buy a vehicle I hadn't seen in person. 3. You won't find any gimmicks here. No penalties for cash purchases, and they have reasonable and transparent dealer fees. You won't feel like anything has been hidden from you. 4. The vehicle needed a little work on the rear bumper, which they had planned to fix prior to sale. Because I didn't want to wait until the following weekend to make the trip and risk the vehicle being purchased, they credited me the cost of the repair so I could have it done locally and still pick up the vehicle right away. 5. They had a 60-day, no-deductible warranty on the vehicle. If anything goes wrong, I can take it to my local Lithia service department and have it fixed at no-cost. This provided HUGE peace of mind when we considered making the purchase from afar. 6. They were efficient and respectful of my time. Dylan had done some preparation of the paperwork ahead of our arrival, and it only took an hour to get everything done start to finish. I would absolutely drive to Bend again to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. read more

My 22 year old son, Nathan, just purchased a used Honda here about two weeks ago. Here is our story: He is not a car nut. Just a good kid who likes decent, reliable transportation. In high school and most of college, he used my old 85 Toyota truck. When he bought his first car, a year or so ago, it was a "grandma special" 1990 Accord with 100,000 miles on it. He was the second owner. A gem of a car. But he did have to put some money into it. Timing belt. CV Joints. Maintenance stuff he just didn't want to do anymore. He calculated out that the money he was spending on a monthly basis for a 1990 Accord was the same as if he were making payments on a newer one. He makes the decision and he is ready to upgrade. Nathan knows he wants another Honda. He's done his research online and has already located a used 2007 Accord on the lot here at Bend Honda. We arrive and a salesman greets us right away. Nathan states he already knows what car he wants to look at and the salesman, Cody, wastes no time trying to point him in another direction. He pulls it out and goes through all the features of the car. Pointing out it's a Honda Certified Used Vehicle and all the standards that need to be met to acquire that rating. The bumper to bumper 12 month warranty is also nice. After a test drive, my son knows this is what he wants. The price is fair. We don't even see the need to haggle. My son states his financial position. He needs to sell his Accord. He has $1500 cash right now. He is leaving soon for advanced training in the Air National Guard. Cody then says, "Look...you don't want to trade your Accord in with us. That is a $3,000 car and we'll give you maybe $1,000 for it. Sell it private party. But more importantly, no rush. I'll pull this off the line and you take all the time you need. Thank you for your service to our country." Wow. We leave and Nathan posts his Accord on Craigs list. People start calling. Appointments are made. The salesman, Cody, calls Nathan the next day saying a father was just in there looking for a car for his kid and Cody knew Nathan's car would probably be perfect for him. Would he mind if he gave out Nathan's number? Wow. Long and short of it, Nathan sells his Accord that weekend. By Monday he is finalizing the paperwork for his "new" 2007 Accord. We were out of town, so Nathan did it all himself. We were impressed. The whole process couldn't have gone easier for kid and his first major purchase in life. So proud of him and the way Bend Honda treated our son. Why 4 stars and not 5? Nathan did say that although Cody, the salesman, was fabulous. The other guy...the one finalizing stuff...was a little pushy about some of the extras. Nathan realized it was just "his job to up sell" but when Nathan knew what his budget was and was firm about what he could afford, that part didn't agree with him much. So, Bend Honda, great job. But, listen to your customer's. Don't go for the up sell if your customer is telling you NO. read more

I reside in San Diego, but I am currently on a Pacific NW road trip. I am presently in Bend, Oregon. When my dashboard indicated that I needed an oil change, I decided that I wouid have to get that taken care of immediately. So, I took my car to the Bend Honda. I was ONLY charged $38 for an oil and filter change. ALSO, when I asked for advice on snow tires, I was given paperwork (that I did not thoroughly read at the time) which recommended that I get four Bridgestone Blizzak WS80 tires for $120. apiece thru Bend Honda. I left the Bend Honda Service Dept saying that I would have to think about further expenditures. I was busy with other issues the following day. But on the next day following I did a thorough Internet search for the best snow tires for my Honda Accord, and I found that the best (or at least one of the very best) is the Bridgestone Blizzak. I ordered this thru Goodyear at $156. per tire, because I had totally forgotten that Bend Honda Service Dept had: 1) Recommended Bridgestone Blizzak WS80, and 2) offered to sell them to me for $120. apiece. If I had simply taken the advice of the Bend Honda Service Dept, then I would have saved $144. Also, I would have saved myself alot of Internet research. read more

This is one of the friendliest, most professional dealerships I've ever visited. Was enjoying lunch with my family and see a man wearing Honda shirt. I'm on vacation and have no idea where local dealership is. Ask Rory the service mgr if it's close. He sees we're driving an odyssey and asked what problem is. I explain the door won't shut. He stops eating his lunch, walks out, try's to fix it, then calls his top mechanic, Mark Paul. He tells me to drive up street and they'll look at it. We did and sure enough mark fixed it within minutes. Absolutely thrilled. Wish we lived up here, because that type of service is unheard of. Definitely give them 5 stars!!!!! read more

This was by far the worst experience iv'e ever had with a dealership. Got quoted TRIPLE the price of what i am getting it done for now, lack of communication with diagnostic fees and overall not a good time and no one seemed to care I was upset. Would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My headlight went out on my Acura. There are no Acura dealerships in the area so I have been using Honda to care for my car. They have been decent so far until now. Initially, they did not have the bulb that I needed in stock but agreed to put one in if I purchased it from the auto parts store. This is a $100.00 bulb (at the auto parts store) . They put the bulb in, noting that they had a very difficult time with it and had to remove my bumper. The first time that I needed to use my headlight after this, the bulb again did not work and now there was moisture in the headlight (new development). I returned the car to Honda. I was told that since moisture had gotten inside that the entire headlight assembly would require replacement due to moisture. Parts $1700.00 plus labor! I asked if i was being charged for another bulb and was assured that I was not and of course this all had nothing to do with the work they had previously done inserting the original bulb. I had to pay for the parts before they would order them. When I checked the invoice when I arrive home, I realized I was charged for 4 parts including another bulb (note I was specifically told that i would not be charged for another bubl). The new bulb now cost $183! Before their parts department said a bulb would be $115 if they had had any in stock which they did not. They also planned to charge me $450 for labor to install these parts and could not explain if all of the parts were actually damaged by the moisture. Needless to say, I was not happy. In the end, they did take a whole $150.00 off so that the repair cost me $2060 to get my headlight replaced. I do not feel that I was treated fairly and the cost of all of this seems excessive and ridiculous. I feel that the original bulb installation was not done correctly and they even told me at the time that they had trouble with it. I also am not happy about the inaccurate information regarding what I was being charged for even when I specifically asked. You don't see the written charges printed until you get your receipt. Will be difficult to trust them in the future. read more

I only gave the 4 stars because I haven't yet decided on what car I'm buying. One of the options is a CR-V Touring. I met with Dylan Carson the Costco Internet salesperson and Bend Honda. He was low pressure, knew the features on the CR-V Touring I was looking at and was able to demonstrate them for me. Dylan quoted me a fair price in writing below the advertised price and was really easy, professional and pleasant to deal with. I have not yet decided on the car but I was impressed with Dylan and will definitively buy from him if I choose a Honda. I'll update this if I choose the Honda and if that experience is as easy as the test drive he'll get 5 stars. read more

I went because I got a lil "recall" postcard- it only took 15 min and then I got my oil changed. They were really nice and advised me of a few things that needed attention- one of the expensive items- I pointed to and said- isin't this covered by the used certified warranty and the guy said- I dunno- I'll call and check and sure enough- it was! the shuttle was VERY easy to use! overall I was VERY impressed!! Happy People making People Happy is their saying off their business cards; I think NOT ! Where to begin......I brought my Honda Element in for a Vehicle Inspection being I bought it used and wanted to know what was its condition. A Service Advisor took my information before the service was done and made a few mistakes right off the bat. For one, totally missed the in/out mileage showing the car had more mileage coming in, then going out by 1/2 million miles. He said it was a typo, but two times a typo mistake ? That can make it tough to get a warranty of 50,000 miles on the work I let them do. Maybe too many Amp Energy drinks from my observation. The Technician that preformed the Vehicle inspection missed something very obvious, a front lower tie-rod end worn out, only hanging on by the cotter pin. The first inspection report showed it was checked and OK. After the work I allow them to do was done I once again ask about the noise I was hearing from the front end, even had the service technician go with me on a test drive to hear it. This time he did and discovered the problem after a second inspection. I quote here from the invoice: " Vehicle unsafe to drive, ball joint needs to be replaced, nut will not thread on ". How do you miss something visually like that on the first inspection ? Now about the Service Manager and another Service Advisor. Both seem to rehearse their standard responses to a customers concerns about the work they did preform. I asked how their inspection could miss this obvious worn out part and their answers were the same " Well, we didn't charge you for the Vehicle Inspection". WOW ! So beware of the work done on your car here, better to go to another auto service provider, then The Dealer that just charges more money for the same job. read more

I am appalled at the treatment I just received at this dealership. I would have never expected something like this from a Honda dealership. This review would be zero stars if that were an option. I had a morning appointment for routine service (oil change & tire rotation). I arrived a few minutes in advance of my appointment time, and subsequently watched service writers attend to 3 cars that pulled in after me before anyone even bothered to notice I was there. My older Civic is beat up as hell, looks like it's been to hell & back, but this does not mean that I should receive any lesser attention & priority at an official Honda dealership. When I got someone's attention, the lady who finally deigned to speak to me told me I was supposed to go inside to initiate service, and was incredibly rude about it. (At *every* Honda dealership I've ever been to in 4 states, service writers come to you in your vehicle when you pull up into the service lanes; at no point when I made my appointment was I informed that the procedure differed.) I went inside to speak to the manager, and he was even worse. He was defensive, rude, and mocked me for having tears in my eyes. (FYI, my partner & I have been living in a broken-down motorhome we cannot afford to repair, and my Civic is my only lifeline to the places I need to travel to. Getting the simple service done today affects my ability to survive in the area I am currently living. So being upset with tears in eyes after being treated as I was is perfectly understandable.) This sorry excuse for a manager finally pushed me to a point where I stormed out of his office (for the record, I did slam his door on the way out, as he'd elevated me to the point of incredulity & intense frustration), but that didn't mean he had to follow me to my car to yell across the parking lot for all present to hear, "don't f***ing come back here!" And I absolutely won't. This is completely unacceptable behavior from representatives in charge of a dealership with the Honda name on it. I'm now sitting at the Hyundai dealership across the street having my car serviced. They have been absolutely wonderful, understanding, beyond courteous, and solid gold. Their prices are also much more reasonable. I will definitely be coming to them for future service while I'm living in Bend. This Honda dealership? A pox on them. Avoid them at all costs, and give your money to a service facility that will treat you with respect & decency. read more

I recently bought a used VW GTI from Jake Miller and it was easily the best experience I've ever had buying a car from a dealership--and I buy a car ever 18-24 months generally. Jake was very direct, honest, and extremely helpful and responsive. He answered all of my questions, letting me know what he knew and didn't know about the history of the car and going out of his way to make sure all of my requests were met. It never took him more than 30 minutes to get back to me and his communication was very clear and thorough. He sent me a walk-around video of the car with honest commentary about the condition to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase since I was buying the car sight-unseen. He did not oversell or embellish the condition of the car. When one of the parts that was supposed to come with the car was missing, Jake tracked it down for me and sent me a picture of it. When I flew down to pick up the car, Jake picked me up from the airport in the car and had me view and drive the car to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The transaction was very quick and he was direct during our negotiation which saved a lot of back and forth and posturing that I've encountered in the past. Financing was also easy and hassle free. Shortly after I left the dealership with the car, he called me to make sure the car had a full tank of gas and when it didn't, he asked me to pick him up so he could fill up the tank. He also asked me to text him after I got home to make sure I got home safely. It's rare in this day and age to actually enjoy purchasing a car but I'm happy to say it's still possible. Thanks so much, Jake! read more

Bend Honda - Car Dealers Near Me - Bend, Oregon

I am not all that trusting of Honda dealerships after past bad experiences. Luckily Hondas are fairly dependable and usually just require routine maintenance. The challenge is finding a dealership whose service department actually does all the items checked on the maintenance list. I also don't care for bs talk. I am giving this dealership the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully I won't be disappointed with my recent 60,000 mile maintenance. Update 9/5/2014: the 60,000 mile maintenance went very well. The Express Service for oil change is great. So far I have not been disappointed. I also appreciate the no pressure information provided by Rick in Sales about the new cars. read more

Worst dealership I have EVER been to. Sold us a vehicle that ended up having issues. There was a chunk out of the sidewall of one of the tires and the interior smelled like wet dog. Not even after owning the vehicle for 24 hours we wanted to put another $1k down to lower our interest rate, but they said no. After having the vehicle for a month and check engine light coming on we saw they had a newer Toyota Corolla for sale on the lot for roughly the same price. Body looked a lot nicer too since ours had dents in it and the front bumper wasn't completely attached. Found out when we went to trade it in that the other car was available the entire time, but they hid it from the lot so they could sell the junker sooner. Traded in the vehicle for $9500 when we only bought it a month ago for $13k Now we are paying $27k for a vehicle that is 1 year newer which was originally only a couple thousand more. Dinged our credit 18 times! Had to drive 11 hours round trip at least 4 times, and after all is said and done they call us months later saying they messed up on the paperwork and we owe them another $200! Scandals... I wish. I never set foot here. Paying almost the same price for a 4 door economy car as my 2016 Camaro 2SS. Absolutely trash. Only one guy there seemed to care at all, but the manager/underwriter just needs to be fired. read more

Purchased a new Honda HRX this week. First Honda owner! I must say, our experience was beyond 5 stars. Our salesman, Michaelo DeGross, was absolutely fantastic! Upon first contact, very pleasant and respectable, not pushy!!! We let him know we were just looking, had other dealerships to go and compare. In a nutshell, he just said that we had found our keys, they would be there waiting for us. That afternoon, we contacted Michaelo and let him know we wanted our keys and wanted to set an appointment in the morning to get them! From the wonderful customer service we received from Michaelo to Patrick Jordan in finance, I am just absolutely blow away by the excellent service we received. It was like visiting with old friends. If you are in the market for a new (or used) vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Michaelo from Bend Honda. You won't be disappointed!! Thanks again Michaelo and Patrick! Jennifer and Dudley read more

I travel full-time in an RV and tow a Honda Fit. I was traveling up to Mount Bachelor in my Honda Fit and it suddenly died a mile from the top. I was able to get AAA to send out a tow truck and I had it towed to Honda immediately. I called first and talked to Ty Clark, the service advisor, and he said bring it in and we will fit you in and get you checked out. The tow truck service towed me to Honda and Ty was able to get my car in Almost immediately. His technician diagnosed the problem, and I was up and running within an hour. I would highly recommend Bend Honda to Anyone who needs any type of service. They are professional, efficient, fast, friendly, and they know how to diagnose problems and get you back on the road quickly. Thank you to Ty Clark, the service advisor, at Bend Honda for taking such good care of a senior lady who was having a meltdown! He handled everything perfectly! I would give Bend Honda and Ty Clark a 10 star rating if it was available. read more

While visiting Bend, we were having car trouble... The battery kept dying! Made an appointment for 7:15 a.m. the next day. When I got there 7:00 a.m., I found that there were other people already waiting to get some kind of service that had no made appointments. Basically, even with appointments, if there are people waiting before you without appointments, they will be served first. I didn't get checked in until 7:55 a.m. After checking in, I didn't hear from anyone until about 10:00 a.m. (or maybe even later) where their inspection yielded that there was nothing wrong. Afterwards, I asked them to do another test which took about another hour, but that was fine. read more

Thought I would add a review to the other derogatory reviews here. I came and looked at a vehicle during the week after work to buy for my daughter. It was late so I made an appt. to come in on Saturday. Confirmed with the salesman Kevin. I then came in Saturday & he was busy with another customer, and I had a confirmd appointment!! I was then informed they sold the car 1 hr. before. Really? Very inconsiderate all around. I wasted my time coming in & to sell a car I was specifically coming in to buy is beyond rude. No one called to let me know of course. I will never buy a car at this dealership & make sure all my friends know not to buy here either! read more

Bend Honda is, by far, the best dealership we have bought a car from. Great customer service and knowledge from Jerome, Joel, Clint and Jerry. Absolutely no arm twisting or pressure. They put us in the right car and let us take three vehicles for half a day to make sure we made the right decision for us. The deal they gave us was fantastic and made us feel our satisfaction was more important than closing the deal. We will recommend all our friends to them and in a few years when we're ready to replace our second vehicle we will go to Bend Honda. Chuck A. read more

I had to give this dealership one star. This is not due to the sales department, purchasing my car was easy and convenient. The service department is the worst. Got an email from Bend Honda offering to buy my old Acura. Took the old Acura in to get a quote. Bend Honda offered less than $1000 (which was less than KBB). I was surprised because, on the Honda lot at that time, was an almost-as-old Lexus, also with mileage over 100K, offered for sale for over $10K. I told Bend Honda that I had an offer from CarMax for more than KBB (over $3K). Bend Honda dismissed CarMax, trying to make me think that, if I were to show up at CarMax in Salem, the $3K offer would vanish. So, I took Bend Honda up on it and drove to Salem. I waited 30 minutes at CarMax while they looked over my Acura. After that, and some paperwork, they gave me a check for exactly what they had quoted. CarMax delivered the deal, with a generous side of straightforward, timely honesty. Bend Honda delivered no deal, with large side of delay and BS. Bend Honda disappointed, in particular, because I've always been happy with their service in the past. read more

We just had an awful experience at Bend Honda. What started out great with a test drive by one of the newest employees was quickly overshadowed when we were handed over to Paul Nastari. We spent over 3 hours at this dealership, had our credit run which was great and had all of our ducks in a row. We test drove a beautiful range rover evoque and me and my husband were in love and had our hearts set on it. Because we just moved to Bend, we were told we needed proof of residence. We informed them that we would get this for them no later than Monday. We obviously panicked because we didn't want our dream car gone. We were told although they couldn't officially hold the car, there would be no issues as the car had been on the lot for 3 months. I agreed and promised to get everything they needed by Monday. We were contacted by Paul on Saturday 8/17 with a nice email with even more information about our dream car which made us even more excited. I text Paul on Monday to confirm what we had been working on with the USPS would suffice as proof. He then very coldly text me back a few hours later simply saying "sorry we sold the car on Saturday". My stomach dropped and I was sooo upset. I text him back and to this day have heard nothing, not even a well maybe there is another car we can help you fall in love with. Nothing. I guess there really is no loyalty out there nowadays. We were treated very badly and the customer service displayed was non-existent. It's safe to say, we have no plans on returning or doing business with Bend Honda in the future. read more

Was visiting friends in Bend and lost my girlfriends car keys in the river, visited Honda to have replacements made and they refused to help or make replacements because it was "against policy". Had registration, had photo ID, but my girlfriend is a person of color and I could tell they were discriminating because they were watching and eyeing us the whole time and continued to refuse our service. They referred us to a local locksmith, but then proceeded to call that locksmith and tell them not to help us because it "was not our car".. What a nightmare! sales experience was okay, but any half brained person can get you through a sale. The biggest let down was after the car was sold. If you have any issues AT ALL, Bend Honda Will make your life miserable. Rory Blumenschein is the service manager and he's about as incompetent as sand in your gas tank. I wouldn't trust Rory to manage a toys R' us janitorial department let alone a Dealer service department! David Thompson is the sales manager and he's about as rude as it gets! The guy walks around like his wife wears the pants at home, and he's bitter about it. All the experiences I had for my "after-sale" service was disrespectful, dishonest and all with ZERO follow through. It's sad that this is the only Honda dealership in central oregon. This summer the tire pressure sensor for the driver's front tire came on. So I hauled out my compressor and tire pressure gauge and checked and added air to the driver's side tires. Because of the way I had parked, I could not get to the passenger side tires and since the sensors did not give off a warning I didn't worry about them. Later in the summer I took my Pilot in for an oil change and tire rotation. Now fast forward to the cold weather and poof, both passenger side sensors lit up. I realize the cold weather affects the tire pressure but the driver's side sensors were okay. What this tells me (and maybe I am wrong) is that they did not check the tire pressure when they rotated the tires. Now fast forward again to this last President's day (Monday) when, after getting gas, the car would not start. Dead battery. A nice person jumped started me and I was on my way. So I called the service department, left a voice mail about replacing the battery and waited for a return call. And waited. And waited. And waited. So it is five days later and still no call. And there is nothing more annoying than wondering if, every time I start the car, will it start. So today I will go out and buy and install a new battery myself. It is a 2013 Pilot so I am not surprised that the battery is probably near its' end-of-life. FYI: The door locking system was designed by idiots for idiots. I was warned about this during my new car orientation. I just need to take the time to read the manual to see if I can change its' behavior. read more

So we call as for Kevin and he said that the car was in the following Tuesday not the previous Tuesday. Tell him about the hot and run he said don't worry our insurance will cover it. We will go over it when it comes in. Ok cool. So another week goes by no word. So we are finally fed up call to see the hang up and they say it's still not quite ready they had to order the new part we say we want it by Wednesday. Luckily we were able to pick it up Wednesday August 2! When I got there nobody knew about the hit and run and then service says I have to file a claim with my insurance! Get the car home figured out that the engine start and engine stop buttons do not work so probably didn't get reconnected when the new panel was put in. No big deal I'll use my key I don't want to lose my car for another month! Now starting August 6th the emergency brake is going off again! So who knows if it was even looked at! It's so frustrating I don't want to take my car back in to be fixed because I feel like the service department does not care! Hopefully I can get the issue fixed elsewhere. Beware if you buy a car here! I will never buy here again! But I do want to thank Jerome for all his help and kindness he definitely gets 5 stars on his own! Thank you for your honesty. With recent events and the way we have continued to be treated I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and also state attorneys general. We have also hired a lawyer. read more

If I could give them no stars, I would. Was helping my friends from Portland get a new key to their Honda because they lost theirs in the river, and the Honda dealership was the exact opposite of helpful. Completely unwilling to help us even though they could, and then they called another locksmith company (which they referred us to) and told them not to help us!!! Literally appalling to see such rude behavior and lack of consideration for others. Unbelievable read more

I wanted to write a review for this dealership because they were so awesome and helped me in a time of need. I am from California and I bought my car in Cali also, but 3 weeks ago I traveled to La Pine to be by the side of my very sick grandma during the drive to Oregon my brand new 2016 Honda Pilot started to look like a Christmas tree with all the lights coming up on the dash my car isn't even 6 months old so I was very concerned and didn't feel safe driving it back to Cali or even to the dealership. We had the Pilot towed to Bend Honda and their service dept worked on it right away and fixed my issues. Icing on the cake was since my grandma was very sick no one could leave her bed side they sent a driver to La Pine to pick me up so I can get my car without inconveniencing a family member. No yelp review or words can ever say how much that meant to me and how awesome it was to know this dealership wasn't about sales they were worried about making me happy Thank you so much to everyone who made that happen for me. God bless the employees who made it happen read more

Our car started slowing down on its own, and an engine light came on. I have a code reader, so plugged in and said that pedal sensor was bad. Called the dealership to ask price for replacing pedal sensor, they wont give a price unless they "diagnose" first. I guess they have to plug in their own code reader. Ordered new pedal sensor from auto parts store, replaced the part myself in about ten minutes, reset the sensor. Car is back to normal. When a customer knows the problem, customer service would dictate that you provide the cost based on the customer request, and then if the customer is wrong, advise customer appropriately. Love Honda, this dealership is not the greatest. We will probably be buying a new Honda in the future, but will go over the hill to purchase. read more

Just an oil change but these guys are fantastic. They are courteous, professional and fast. They do everything they can for the customer.

(Backstory: I'm not from Bend) As I was trying to leave town, I developed some concerns about my tires. I called the local dealership at 7pm and the manager who happened to be there agreed to stay even longer to help me out. I used two incorrect GPS coordinates in a row and was fully lost. When I called for verbal directions, he decided to come to me so I could follow him to the dealership. Once there, he fixed my tire issue himself (air pressure problem) and sent me on my way. He was so nice and helpful. Full stars and smiles. read more

I love these guys! I have bought 2 vehicles from Bend Honda and both times they took great care of me. This was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, great deals both times and some of the friendliest people in Bend. This dealership is exactly what Bend needs. Fun, honest and professional people selling the most reliable product on the road. read more
