Virginia Top Floors immediately responded and was out to evaluate them. They gave us a quote for what were asking for. They additionally gave us two more options to consider. They did not pressure us in any way, and left the decision up to us. Once we decided, they provided us with samples to make sure we liked our color choice. I know when the builder had a few boards replaced that had been damaged during the construction process by other contractors they called them and while I was home they came in and very neatly replaced a few boards. I was skeptical at first, thinking that they would not match, or fit correctly, but 7 years later there has never been an issue with the repairs and even I can't find them to point out. I had my whole house painted and the painters on the last day damaged my floor with an aluminum ladder and scratched it 1/4" deep in multiple places in my entryway. I had the original floor info from the builder but wasn't sure who to call. I asked the builder for the floor installers name, and they told me "executive floors" and sent my info to them. A few minutes later Margie called and arranged an estimate, and for a few hundred dollars my floor damage was replaced by an clean and diligent working craftsman. The repair looks amazing, the repair man was prompt, on time, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. If you want new floors, or to repair your existing floors I recommend you call Margie at executive floors in Manassas Va, and I'm sure you won't regret it

First results were 20% match if that, don't know, too hard to calculate that low. They threw a fit when we demanded they redo them. After second attempt, the poor sanding job was 100% visible as if these hardwood steps had been used and scuffed for 50 years. Sure they finally got the color up to 60% match (still wrong), but here I am left with cheaper pricing on flooring that looks as if it needs to be restored from generations of use. Pay a slightly higher price and go somewhere else. Oh, and I'll remove this review if you come fix the horrendous stain work. Until then, this review stays.

When we first used them, they did a shoddy job and had to call and ask them to come back again to fix some trim and molding. They simply glued trim in between our dining room and kitchen and almost immediately it lifted off. Since then, we've had to nail and fix it several times ourselves. I've lived in homes with floating floors before and never had had the issues that we've had with these. The only reason we went with this company is because the previous owner used them to install the kitchen flooring and wanted to match it. (Which they denied that they installed the kitchen floor when I called recently to ask about all the gaps showing up. I have all the historic emails to prove otherwise.)
