The customer service and price were the main reasons I finally decided to go with #1 Carpet and Rug. Mark was very knowledgeable about the different types of flooring like carpeting or hardwood. He took the time and helped me choose between different sample options while staying within my budget. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain the selection of padding and made it a point to order the carpet immediately. The process was very smooth.
