Every time I've visited that store with my dad a long time ago, I remembered it was always quality service. They'll also check/authenticate any Rolex you bring in. On this occasion, Jim was our Sales Advisor, and we are so lucky and blessed to have him because he was nothing but professional. Very knowledgeable, friendly, caring, patient, and just an overall positive attitude with excellent communication that made our purchase that much special. The watch my wife was specifically looking at was unavailable, but Jim still let my wife try on different sizes and colors to ensure the specifications she wanted were accurate. As soon as one came in, weeks later, that was close to it, we were notified immediately, and came to the store to take a look. It was even better!
