GMWB5000TR-9 Iron Man G Shock
Frank L.

This review is for simple watch sizing at Ben Bridge. 2 Watches, both G Shock baby. First, the Iron Man G Shock, due to its color links and Square design. And then the Rabbit in the Moon Lunar New Year 2023 G Shock baby!!! Service, was friendly, prompt, relatively inexpensive. Each was sizing was $20, finished within 2 hours of drop off. Done perfectly.

Damaged lug

Damaged my Rolex during a simple strap change. Proceeded to gas light me to say that damage was already there and their process could not do this. Absolutely infuriating.

Father's Day gift ideas...Love this place! Great staff, great selection, amazing security.. which makes it a great shopping experience!

When I use to hear the name , "Ben Bridge", I use to think it was a gimmicky jeweler, with its commercials, ads for tv. But after going in to experience Ben Bridge and getting a watch my husband really wanted for Father's Day... I no longer think that. We were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of ALL the staff. The store had just opened, not all employees had showed up yet, but not one time did I feel the stress that I am sure was being felt when you are short staffed. (We can all relate, no matter where you work) I felt very comfortable with taking my time and shopping, Mira did not falter from the amazing customer service, that I'm sure is expected from Ben Bridge. Also, knowing that there is a security officer, who was watching over the customers, employees and the store, in general, made it for a more pleasant experience. Mira was great! Very personable, a great delegator and very knowledgeable in the merchandise that we had questions about. Thank you again, Mira , you are amazing. I highly recommend you go to Ben Bridge for all of your jewelry needs (and wants).

Bjorn lied, made promises he didn't fulfill and seemed like all he wanted was our money. I won't be back.

My dream watch became a reality thanks to Lisha at Alvin Goldfarb Jeweler. Lisha is not only…read moresuperlatively passionate and knowledgeable about luxury watches, but she genuinely cares about her customers; to her, it is not just about the transaction, but about having an authentic connection with the customer and their story. Along my journey, I had visited a few other ADs, but none of the visits felt real or, dare I say, 'fun.' It was not until my visit to Alvin Goldfarb (almost by luck on my wife's suggestion!) and meeting Lisha that I became aware of how the experience *should* be. The store was beautiful and inviting. It was so easy for her to create a relaxed and familiar environment and to connect over the watches I am interested in, and it quickly just became fun to both get genuinely excited about the whole experience; it was like working with an old friend. It was during one of these visits that Lisha decided to surprise me with my dream watch. Let me tell you that as fateful as the first time I visited, this special visit almost did not happen. I had decided last minute to squeeze in a visit on a hot (for Seattle, 80+ deg) summer day after a hectic day of work. For several reasons, it probably would have been "better" to visit on some other day, but boy, oh boy, am I glad I did not listen to my left brain that day and instead went with my gut and reminded myself of how great of a time it would be to enjoy and talk watches with Lisha. We were mid-conversation, with an exhibition GMT Master II on my wrist, talking about watch news, watches as gifts, upcoming travel plans, family life, some current events when out of nowhere a gentleman in a grey suit walks up with a tray in hand, with a watch on the tray, handing it to Lisha. Things started to get blurry at this point, but here's what I remember: Lisha handing me the tray and saying 'That's your watch. I wanted to make sure you had it for your trip,' me (hopefully) able to say some words of astonishment and gratitude (I was stunned, in shock really), me having a hard time doing simple things I have done countless times (like writing my phone number and signing my signature), me not being able to stop glancing at my new wrist companion and feeling its heft on my wrist as our time together began. I also remember repeatedly thanking Lisha and everyone at the store ad nauseam, then sort of floating out of the store with my dream watch on my wrist. Days later, I am still on cloud 9 and incredibly thankful and stoked about the entire experience. Thank you again for the Nth time, Lisha :) I am looking forward to future visits to come, and I cannot more highly recommend working with you and Alvin Goldfarb. More power!

FRANKS experience should give warning & share the ugliness to customers about to frequent this store. Maybe my story will serve as a reminder to reconsider purchasing here. At the time or beginning of my story Alvin Goldfarb Jeweler who was an Authorized Dealer for ROLEX in the Pacific Northwest. After doing some research I started frequenting the store looking for a few Rolex watches. Yes , I was very specific in my choices but always given the " NO " you can't have one for over 2 years. I came in every 4 to 6 weeks just to check and " NO" was the mantra of the sales staff. I was always told we have other watches for sale. Like who cares what ya have if ya can't provide what I desire. Now one amazing summer day I saw the $6400 41mm Celebration dial by Rolex in the case. My excitement level increased and I ask if it's for sale? The mantra is now uttered "NO NO NO" ! However something new that day happened and was shared by sales representative, I was actually told if you spend a $1,000,000 in jewelry it should be no issue to get that watch..... Now I was stunned by this statement so much I said are you serious and the person said YES! Well, that seems excessive and ridiculous and no I didn't drop a million to acquire the timepiece. I'll never forgot the arrogance of staff member of Alvin Goldfarb Jewelry and defiantly will not purchase anything from them. OK, now this is the happy ending of the story. I did manage to acquire The Celebration dial by Rolex elsewhere so I have that going for me. And on January 1st 2025 the BIG HAND OF THE CROWN aka ROLEX laid the smack down on ALVIN GOLDFARB & pulled authorized dealership away from store. No longer can they sell ROLEX.... KARMA saw the bad business practices by using Rolex watches to lure you into buying unwanted jewelry or non Rolex branded watches you don't want in order to maybe purchase a Rolex. Well, this is my story my truth & my journey, can you dig it!

After my initial experience, I was contacted by Andrew from Bellevue Rare Coins. He took the time to listen to my concerns and understand why I had felt uncomfortable and disappointed with the original transaction. I really appreciated that Andrew took my experience seriously rather than dismissing how I felt. Andrew was professional, respectful, and thoughtful throughout our communication, and he worked with me toward a resolution that felt much more fair. Bellevue Rare Coins ultimately provided an additional $1,500, which I have now received. While I still wish my original experience had gone differently, I believe the way a business responds when a customer raises a concern says a lot. Andrew made a sincere effort to make things right and followed through on what he promised. I'm very appreciative of how he handled the situation, and I feel much more positive about Bellevue Rare Coins as a result. Thank you, Andrew, for listening and for making the effort to turn a disappointing experience into a much more positive one.

They did not have an interest in silver plate, but did like my two sterling silver candlestick holders. She paid me $55 for two of them. When I got home, I asked AI what the approximate value of those were, and It replied they should range between $600 and $1000 melt price? I called the appraiser back and informed her I felt I was very much underpaid, and asked her how she calculated. She said, "Well, we start with discounting 90%." That's 90% off the top, then with fees and tax and other items, we get down to what we paid you. I told her I really wanted the candlesticks back, but she said that was not policy and that all sales were final. BE PREPAIRED to take a real hit when you deal with Bellevue Rare Coins.

They were fine, but of course, Omega was one of many lines the store carried, and so there was a lack of specialized knowledge as well as a constant flow of mall traffic when I went in. This changed with the standalone Omega stores, though - and the Bellevue location delivers the kind of customer service that one would expect when dealing with any luxury good. When I dropped off my watch, Cesar spent time looking it over, explaining the work that would be done and discussing things that might come up (link replacement on the bracelet, etc), possible costs, length of time. But he was also immediately knowledgeable about the watch itself, for example mentioning that the white face was a rarity. There were no surprises with the work that was done, and it was done impeccably. Cesar called me twice to let me know the watch was in - in case I had missed the first message. When I picked up the watch, I experienced similar attention, including a lengthy discussion of both my own watch and a look at some less-sporty options if I should decide to indulge myself again in the future. No pressure at all! Just my questions answered. The watches themselves are expensive, but if my experience is any indicator, they are well worth the price, and then some - my Omega has been worn daily for 20 years, and with the occasional maintenance, looks and runs just like it did on Day One.

I have never been locked out or locked into a store before. There was no sign indicating the door was locked and as we attempted to open we were baffled why it wouldn't. We then were let it by a very polite saleswoman who informed us the door is locked. Upon entering she promptly locked the door. When we left she had to unlock the door to let us in. Now, this isn't Seattle - this is Bellevue in the Bravern. It isn't a place with a lot of foot traffic. We passed by Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Versace, and many other luxury brand name stores and none of them kept their doors locked during business hours. The sales lady was nice and very polite. Upon realizing the store didn't stock any of the watches we were interested in she let us be to look at what they had. It was fine experience but a little weird.
