I had a wonderful experience at Fabri Jewelers in Bellevue with Doug and Jacob, and I feel…read morecompelled to leave a review because service like this deserves recognition. I visited Fabri on February 3rd while in my early shopping stage shopping for a replacement engagement ring (to celebrate my 10-year wedding anniversary), and from start to finish, it was hands-down the best jewelry experience I've ever had. First, their online customization platform is one of the most comprehensive and user-friendly solitaire design tool I've used (ability to customize metal, band width, setting style, prong style, and more) -- comparative to my other online shopping, I feel that this tool is unmatched in how detailed and customizable it is. On top of that, they provide support not only in-store, but also through private text communication, which made the entire process feel personal, modern, and incredibly convenient. I appreciate that I didn't have to make a trip in to get an early idea of how much their options might cost for the design I had in mind. I determined online, and via text that Fabri was a standout option, with pricing in the realm of my budget; so I came into the showroom. During my visit, Doug and Jacob were exceptionally attentive without being pushy -- the perfect balance. The showroom itself is impressive, with countless options for stone sizes, band widths, and settings. What stood out most was how creative and thoughtful they were in helping me visualize the ring I wanted, when the exact ring design that wasn't something they had on display. They pulled different samples from around the store, paired various band widths with multiple stone sizes, and walked me through every possibility with patience and expertise. I also asked about purchasing a stackable wedding band, and in a moment of genuine integrity, Doug actually advised, "I wouldn't order that right now -- wait until you finalize an engagement ring, then choose what pairs best with it." Any other jeweler could have tried to upsell immediately, but Doug and Jacob were clearly focused on what was truly best for their customers, not just making a sale. They didn't pressure me into a decision. Instead, they educated me, addressed concerns thoughtfully, and offered to follow up via text with a more detailed quote once I had processed everything we discussed. While I didn't make a purchase during this visit, I left extremely impressed and truly appreciative of the time, care, and professionalism they showed me. Whether or not I ultimately place this order with them, Doug and Jacob deserve recognition for the honesty and attention they provide. I will certainly be back, one way or another. Fabri Jewelers is a gem -- and so are the people who work there. Highly, highly recommend.

I originally took my Louis Vuitton Horizon watch to a local clock/watch shop to have the white…read morestrap replaced with a new black one, since the white had accumulated dirt over time. Unfortunately, they completely botched the job by cutting both the strap and the wire that connects it. I truly thought the watch was ruined and had pretty much given up hope. I could have taken it back to Louis Vuitton to have it repaired but I was sure it would have cost me hundreds of dollars to do so. Thankfully, I decided to bring it to Seattle Fine Jewelry for a second opinion. The owner, Ramir, his son Jordan, and their staff member Kaitlyn were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and completely transparent about the repair process. Not only were they able to fix my watch, but the turnaround time was surprisingly quick. I also had my favorite diamond ring cleaned ("The Manicure" treatment) and wow, the results were remarkable. It came back incredibly sparkly and shiny, like it had been brought back to life. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere. Everyone was professional yet fun and welcoming, which made the entire experience enjoyable instead of stressful. Their prices are reasonable, parking is easy right up front, and the quality of service is top-notch. It's rare to find a business that combines skill, honesty, and genuine customer care like this. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Seattle Fine Jewelry and will definitely be returning for future repairs and cleanings.

I recently got engaged (YAY!) and my fiancee bought my engagement ring at Marci Jewelry. I was…read moreinvolved in the process from the beginning and am so happy with our experience with this lovely, local business. Jonathan was such a pleasure to work with - I was looking for a diamond with strong hearts and arrows and very specific specs and he sourced the perfect diamond for me! I felt that he listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. He offered his expert opinion but also ensured that my vision was coming through in the end. I even had a moment of cold feet and wanted to make changes and he was super accommodating through that process, even though I ended up changing my mind and keeping the ring as is. My only regret is not coming to Marci Jewelry sooner! I'm so happy with my ring and am looking forward to coming back and getting our wedding bands here as well :)

BEWARE: DO NOT SELL ITEMS TO THIS STORE!! They engage in self-serving business practices, are…read moredishonest, misrepresent information, and do not stand by their commitments. On 6/20/25, my daughter and I visited Marci Jewelry with a diamond ring we wanted to sell. We were introduced to their "diamond expert" Jonathan Borghes. He examined the ring (including the estimated size of the center stone and the white gold mounting with several smaller accent diamonds as well as other details regarding the large stone). He offered to pay $5000 ($500 for the mounting & $4500 for the center stone) in the form of a check written immediately. Jonathan went on to tell us he strongly believed he could get more than $4500 by selling the stone to his contacts if we left the stone with him. Of course, we wanted as much money as possible so this seemed like a good approach. During the conversation, we asked multiple times "if it took too long for him to find a buyer, could we request he send a check for the original offer" of $4500?" He assured us each time "oh yes, just call and he would send the $4500 original offer check". Based on Jonathan's confident reassurances and the store's longtime stellar reputation including online reviews, we decided to leave the stone and take the $500 check for the mounting since he had disassembled the ring. He asked me to sign a form he said was simply "my proof/receipt that the stone was left with him". Over the next few weeks, I contacted Jonathan multiple times for an update and each time was told "I need to make a few more calls, just need a little more time". On 7/22/25, I spoke with Jonathan again to ask he send the $4500 original offer check. This is when the situation became a problem and the poor business practices, dishonesty and misrepresentation surfaced. He refused to send a check, now saying the form he had me sign was actually something completely different what he claimed was simply "proof/receipt that we left the stone with him". He now called it a consignment agreement and stated that he wouldn't stand by his original offer of $4500. That in fact he would not pay out anything until he found a buyer. When I recounted our 6/20/25 discussion, he abruptly said he need to speak with store owner and would call me back. Not having gotten a return call, on 7/23/25, my daughter visited the store to get the check in person since I live out of state. Now Jonathan was refusing to acknowledge his agreements from our 6/20/25 conversation, calling it "all a miscommunication". The store owner refused to hold Jonathan accountable to his original offer. We took the stone and will pursue other avenues to sell it. Jonathan blatantly lied and the store owner refused to hold him accountable. We believe Jonathan intentionally misled us during the initial conversation, presented the enticing recommendation of getting even more than his offer of $4500 and then set me up by misrepresenting the nature of the form he had me sign knowing he would have "an out" and wouldn't have to follow through with his original offer. Rather than hold Jonathan accountable to his original agreement, the store owner chose to back his actions, a very poor example of leadership and customer relations.

I took in a wedding ring crown that has 5 diamonds on it since I had lost one of the diamonds. Upon bringing it in, Josh let me know they could fix it and was already bagging it up without even giving a quote. I then asked for a quote since I'd gotten one from the original maker of the ring. I had let him know the quote he gave which was $390-425 was higher than what they quoted. But ultimately decided I'd rather have it fixed locally than send it out since I didn't want to wait (which I voiced verbally). He took a closer look and said they could do it for $425. I said okay because after shipping costs, it would only be ~$40 more than sending it to the maker. He said okay, and that he'd pick out the diamond today and I'd have it back the following week. 2 full weeks went by before it was ready so I was already a bit annoyed since that was likely the same turn around if I mailed it to the maker! But then when I went to pick it up, the price was $595+tax. I asked why the price difference (and refreshed his memory on our convo at drop off) and he just said okay we can do it for $495. So not only did it take just as long, but in the end after tax I spent over $100 more than what I would have spent if I sent it to the maker.
