I was calling around to get a silver charm done for a charm bracelet. I did a Google search and came up with a list of fancy jewelry shops and even a trophy shop to get my charm done. I was given many different quotes from 40 to 85 with a 3 day wait. So after making an appointment with a fancy jewelry shop and getting the "oh that will cost more" deal I just happened to walk into crossroads mall and see this shop. I asked the lady if she did this kind of work and right behind her was the engraving machine. She said sure it's 18.00 and will take me about an hour. She asked for my phone number and said she would call me.....and one hour later it was done and perfect. Will return for sure. Thank you for the great service. read more

I ordered 5 custom made pendants for my sisters kids, because my sister past away and five children left. I ordered pendants with my sister's picture on it, and signed on the back " I love you and name of each child) and date of her death. They loved it so much! Later I ordered pendants for my nieces wedding with the picture of their proposal. And recently I ordered heart shape pendant for my best friend Svetlana with picture of her parents, because they both past away not long ago, and I thought she will love it. They're always quick, my first piece was a watch which they were able to finish in 24 hours and my next piece was a necklace with three very thin and small pendants which they were able to have done in 48 hours.
