Honest and forthright, a reasonable price for a new leather watchband, and very quick service.

FRANKS experience should give warning & share the ugliness to customers about to frequent this store. Maybe my story will serve as a reminder to reconsider purchasing here. At the time or beginning of my story Alvin Goldfarb Jeweler who was an Authorized Dealer for ROLEX in the Pacific Northwest. After doing some research I started frequenting the store looking for a few Rolex watches. Yes , I was very specific in my choices but always given the " NO " you can't have one for over 2 years. I came in every 4 to 6 weeks just to check and " NO" was the mantra of the sales staff. I was always told we have other watches for sale. Like who cares what ya have if ya can't provide what I desire. Now one amazing summer day I saw the $6400 41mm Celebration dial by Rolex in the case. My excitement level increased and I ask if it's for sale? The mantra is now uttered "NO NO NO" ! However something new that day happened and was shared by sales representative, I was actually told if you spend a $1,000,000 in jewelry it should be no issue to get that watch..... Now I was stunned by this statement so much I said are you serious and the person said YES! Well, that seems excessive and ridiculous and no I didn't drop a million to acquire the timepiece. I'll never forgot the arrogance of staff member of Alvin Goldfarb Jewelry and defiantly will not purchase anything from them. OK, now this is the happy ending of the story. I did manage to acquire The Celebration dial by Rolex elsewhere so I have that going for me. And on January 1st 2025 the BIG HAND OF THE CROWN aka ROLEX laid the smack down on ALVIN GOLDFARB & pulled authorized dealership away from store. No longer can they sell ROLEX.... KARMA saw the bad business practices by using Rolex watches to lure you into buying unwanted jewelry or non Rolex branded watches you don't want in order to maybe purchase a Rolex. Well, this is my story my truth & my journey, can you dig it!

It is a small store with a few glass cases, very minimalistic, and a friendly staff. Oh and they locked us in. I'm not sure why but this behavior really caught me off guard. I have never been locked out or locked into a store before. There was no sign indicating the door was locked and as we attempted to open we were baffled why it wouldn't. We then were let it by a very polite saleswoman who informed us the door is locked. Upon entering she promptly locked the door. When we left she had to unlock the door to let us in. Now, this isn't Seattle - this is Bellevue in the Bravern. It isn't a place with a lot of foot traffic. We passed by Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Versace, and many other luxury brand name stores and none of them kept their doors locked during business hours. The sales lady was nice and very polite. Upon realizing the store didn't stock any of the watches we were interested in she let us be to look at what they had. It was fine experience but a little weird.

When I received it back, it was off by more than 15 minutes per day. The store did nothing to test it. It took four months to get it back and it is still off by 15 minutes per day. I went totake it back a third time and the store which says it's open until six closed at 5:55 PM the security guard laughed and said we are closed. I regret ever buying an omega watch based on the poor service at the Bellevue store.

Hello this eclectic watch boutique @ U- Village is wonderful place to geek out with fellow horology…read moreexperts. They offer a very nice variety of time piece brands to choose from. Just a note the do not carry or sell 'The Rolex ' which is tragic however also a good thing. I felt this lets sales staff really stay focused on FRANKS needs and desires on time pieces.. Every time I browse new pieces here I really enjoy the staff, they are so friendly and well educated on the watches. For example recently was inquiring on new Norqain model being released soon and the two sales associates and myself were huddled around computer discussing the uniqueness of it and then a young lady pointed out the cool LUME specs on the watch band which I had not noticed prior that conversation. We laughed at who's gonna land the new Norqain " ENJOY LIFE " series about to be released any day . My bet was the young lady with iPad doing the deep dive into the spec's of the watch.. # 1 reason why you should shop here is the staff. Amazing and will give you that personal attention you deserve when purchasing a high end timepiece. This staff is not like pretentious or aloof sales staff of downtown or Bellevue Square stores. Hope you enjoy this Ben Bridge location as much as I do... Thanks for being real and knowledgeable it's very refreshing..

I had an absolutely extraordinary experience here today. SUPERB customer service. SUBERB. I came…read morein with a watch bought on Etsy. A "refurbished" Seiko Alpinist. $188.00, $50 in shipping, $34 in tariff fees, (thank you very little you know who). I knew it was a gamble. It gained four or five minutes per hour. I hoped an adjustment or some work could at least make the watch serviceable. Walked into ARC, no appointment. Kelsy greeted me, directed me to Masami, who stopped his work to look at my watch, he politely identified it as a counterfeit, and said he would adjust the watch (NO CHARGE) to make it as good as it could be. "Would you mind waiting 15 minutes, sir?" What, really?! While Masami adjusted my Fakeo, Kelsy showed me about ten watches that I liked, (an hour), answered my questions, had great acumen, demeanor, and professional poise without projecting attitude or qualifying me, treated me like I was the only one in the store, and confirmed a thing or two she wasn't 100% sure of. Excellent. I don't trust anyone who claims to know everything. I wound up buying a beautiful and very reasonably priced (less than $350 out the door) Seiko and identified another that I will buy in the future. IT GETS BETTER! I asked Masami if installing new guts in my Fakeo would be a good idea, as I don't care about the status, I just like the looks of the watch and want it to keep time. He said he could do that, gave me an estimate, and said that just buying the authentic model would be a better financial path for the long term. I agreed. Always buy the best quality you can afford. Also, as I was checking out, I saw a watch that was beautiful, but redundant, with respect to my purchase, and as I asked a question about the band, Kelsy, being honest, wasn't quite positive about the answer... So one of the store owners, overhearing, (sorry I cannot recall her name and spelling), came over and explained the details to answer my question! AND she interrupted an in person interview to do so! AMAZING. So, the price of an education in a field where money can chase unlimited ends was, for me, a value and a lesson learned for not a disasterous price. And, I found a business that I can TRUST, and recommend. Readers, this is where you should take your watch, engraving and timepiece repair needs. When my budget permits, I will be back at ARC WATCH WORKS to get an authentic replacement for my Fakeo.

The parts I supplied were not perfect and Sam was able to modify them so I could end up with my desired end goal. Removing the bezel from the duro is notoriously difficult, and some say impossible without damage to the watch but he was able to complete it (old bezel was bent but that's expected). Very happy to recommend their workshop but please call ahead to see if they are willing to accept the request.
