When I walked in he was talking with a customer that had a few clocks; either selling them or repairing them. The owner stopped what he was doing and changed my watch battery. So, I may have overpaid, but this was the easiest thing ever. No wait and no dropping it off and returning another day. Super fast service. Sure, I could have figured it out with YouTube and a cheap battery, but it's done and I don't have to fuss with it.

Not good! Overpriced and dishonest business. I made a mistake of buying 2 pendants here. I requested for 18k gold Jade pendants. Trusted that I was sold quality jewelry. Turned out they both are not what I bought. After appraisal, they both are 10k and 14k gold pendants. They differences are huge!! I put a 1 star review up, he responded that I "misunderstanding the scenario". This is real life, there is no scenario to created here. He stated that I bought the final sale pendants, which is not true. I requested for 18k pendants and was showed a tray of mixed pendants with no price tags on them. Prices are just based on how he "feels". You won't know the price. I tried to return, he said there is only exchange. Ok, tried to exchange for 24k gold coin, he said that he will exchange for $3000. As of today (1/15/2020) Lynnwood gold coin store sells 1oz 24k gold coin for about $1581. He said that for his business to stay afloat, he will need to sell 30-40% more. Well, will customers like you and I buy merchandises at this place? Also he didn't tell me about no return merchandises, I wouldn't buy if I know about this. I was in the shop when the owner was helping Mackemore, the Seattle raper, custom-made his ring. He was very helpful and treated everybody fairly and honestly. The owner is the fourth generation in the jewelry business and is knowledgeable in his trade and helpful to his customer. I would highly recommend this jeweler. read more

This place is great! Resized my engagement ring in less than an hour and took it down 3 sizes for $85 and it was absolutely perfect! Other places were $120 and up and very unwilling to resize a ring that wasn't from their store, let alone a vintage ring. Great service and very friendly! read more

My bf went to Prestige Jewelry to get my diamond ring set. The ring came back with the diamond…read moreoff-centered, prongs crooked and not actually enclosing the diamond, plus dents/cuts on the gold of the prongs. Because of the terrible job, he then took it to Eddie's to get it fixed. The second time the diamond did look more centered, but there's still a huge gap between the prong and the diamond. After we dropped the ring off, Prestige messaged us saying that the initial job was actually done through Eddie's, who they contract with. When I spoke to the jeweler who set my diamond, he admitted the diamond was set crooked the first time, but said he couldn't fix the gaps because the little diamonds on the prongs would fall out. I don't understand why anyone would touch fine jewelry if they can't do the job -- do a crappy job, and then hand it back to the customer -- instead of being honest upfront and saying, "this is going to be the outcome, do you still want to proceed?" That way, the customer can make the choice before their diamond and ring get messed with. On top of that, he told me, "if this semi-mount was customized to the ring then we could do it." It IS customized -- here are the measurements on the diamond reporting and CAD. Still, he insisted that if they touched it again, the small diamonds would fall out. He kept repeating that the diamonds would fall out -- but that's just an excuse. I even attached photos of a marquise diamond ring set in the exact same semi-mount from the same vendor -- little diamonds on the prongs and all -- and as you can see, it was set beautifully with no gaps. Clearly, it can be done properly if the jeweler has the skills. If they had been upfront from the beginning and we went to a jeweler who actually knew what they were doing, we wouldn't now be trying to find someone else to fix this mess -- all while we're trying to get engaged with this ring. Please don't go to Prestige Jewelry or Eddie's.
