I bought a gold necklace from Ben Bridge (Alderwood Mall, Lynnwood WA) in 2023 as a birthday gift for my daughter. Within two months, a small heart charm fell off. Hoping it was a one-time issue, I later bought her a bracelet from the same brand for Christmas 2024. Unfortunately, it broke twice in a short time. After leaving a review, I was contacted by their team. They apologized and promised to help--but nothing was resolved. Now, the necklace is falling apart too: the base inside the heart charm came loose, and my daughter was heartbroken again. It's shocking that a brand like Ben Bridge sells jewelry of such poor quality. I expected lasting pieces, not constant repairs and disappointment I'm including photos to show how the necklace looked when purchased and what it looks like now. Last week I was on a journey to repair my Rolex. Ben Bridge Jeweler was the place I had my worst experience. I went to Alvin Goldfarb's and Nesbit's. Both places were met with a smiley faces and helpful staffs trying to help and explaining about the repair process. However, when I went to Ben Bridge, there was no person greeting us. We needed to walk around and ask around to find the right person. Then I was met with an unfriendly face and he did not explain anything about the process nor was anything helpful. My girlfriend also noticed the difference right away as well. I'm sad that the only official Rolex authorized dealer and watchmaker in town is them. I have been a client of the downtown Ben Bridge for roughly a decade. I have dealt with multiple sales people over the years & have only ever had amazing experiences. My current sales rep is Zach whom I am loyal to, but everyone who works there is knowledgeable, helpful, & friendly. I read a review on here saying they treat you differently based on how you look. I have not found this to be the case. Every time I stop by I am in a t-shirt, hoodie, or equally casual attire, yet I am always treated with respect. First time visiting Rolex / Ben Bridge in downtown Seattle to put my name on the waiting list of a watch I want and to replace a battery in my wife's watch. I was a little nervous but YI, Rolex sales person, made me feel welcomed. Really enjoyed talking about watches with YI. And two employees who helped me with my wife's watch were very attentive and professional. Oh, those security guards, very nice people. They greet you when you walk in and they thank you when you leave. I do not know if they are suppose to do that but I liked it. After less than eight months, Dan got me my 'Batman' with Jubilee bracelet. To the initiated, obtaining that particular watch can and often takes years, if at all. You can purchase an outstanding Rolex through a great dealer instead of diving into the murky 'grey' market. Dan was true to his word! After Ben Bridges had serviced my Submariner, I asked Dan to please remember me regarding purchasing a Batman. Rolex collectors understand the gravity of my request, which is essentially impossible. A ping on my phone indicated Dan had done what I considered impossible. I strongly recommend Ben Bridges (my Sub-no Date looks new) as your go-to jeweler. I took my Cartier watch for a new battery. The service was adequate - but the customer service was not. No one was at the Cartier area - so a security guard found a sales person for me. I gave the sales person my receipt- and when he returned with my watch - he went to a counter across the store and shouted to ask me if I wanted to look at a Cartier watch. I replied I was picking up my Cartier watch. I walked across the store to the sales person and paid for the service. He just handed me the watch without any packaging or a bag. I have been a watch customer at this location for almost three years and I look forward to continue on as a customer. Shari is super wonderful and helped my wife and I through the watch buying process a few times now. All the staff though is pretty nice and helpful and one thing I really like is that I see the same faces each time I come - this is good because over time your sales person will learn about your interests, and recommend pieces that fit your style. For those getting into watch collecting, this is one of the intangibles that you will value over time and I cannot stress this enough as a hallmark of a good store. To add on to that, I also like the diversity in watch brands. Naturally, they have Rolex but they also have Grand Seiko, Tudor, Hamilton, Cartier, Breitling, and Panerai to name a few. These people are something else. As another reviewer put it, they're just plain rude. I walked in to a completely empty store (of course, in retrospect, why would anyone go into a Rolex boutique - they won't sell you anything unless you're a grey market dealer) to look around. I wanted to try on a specific Rolex that I've been interested in and possibly get on the waitlist. My interaction with the staff started out pleasantly enough, although the sales associate didn't bother to introduce herself or ask my name. She noticed I was already wearing a Rolex and asked where I purchased it. I told her I purchased it in another city, and that was pretty much that. Nothing they can do for me. After asking again about the watch in question, I was curtly informed that since I have a "relationship" with another AD, that I should take my business there. Wouldn't even give me her card. It seems Ben Bridge has decided that people aren't allowed to move. read more

Been on a waitlist for a rolex 124270 since 5/19/2021. I know of 2 people that received their watch (same model) that had put their name in after I did and gotten theirs. They are nice to your face but thats about it. They only do business with you if you are deemed 'important' to them. I think alot of people are hesitant writing bad reviews in fear of burning 'relationship' with them. But I will not shop at here so it doesn't matter. When I had visited, I was wearing my tudor bb36 and one lady literally scoffed at me after I mentioned I got it grey for 2k off retail. This place is a joke. read more

Ben Bridge Seattle went above and beyond to assist my 90+ year old grandmother with cutting off her wedding ring, which was causing her finger swelling and pain. Zach from Ben Bridge offered to drive to her house on his lunch break to cut the ring off in order to prevent her from going out in the middle of a pandemic since she is in a vulnerable population. I brought my Rolex submariner to remove some links and they scratched my watch with the screwdriver. Didn't even acknowledge it and thought I didn't notice. He scratched it right in front of me. I would recommend going somewhere to fix your watch or at least take pictures before letting them touch it so you have proof of the condition. read more

And while it may not look as nice, Ben Bridge still delivers a great selection and service to match. I have purchased two watches - an Omega Speedmaster when they still carried Omega and a Grand Seiko GMT more recently. Both experiences were great - definitely one that is more informational and consultative rather than high pressure. I can only speak to watches (and not jewelry) but the selection is excellent - everything from solid value brands like Hamilton and Tissot to high end brands like Rolex, Grand Seiko, Breitling, Panerai, etc. For the Grand Seiko purchase, I worked with David, and he was great in explaining the various movements and differences within the Grand Seiko line. Definitely a great place to shop for watches unless you are looking for an Apple watch :). read more

It's surprising to see positive reviews for Mike Albright, as the service I received was not close to what I would expect for a watch purchase upwards of a $1000 and certainly not for the $8000+ I was spending. My watch order was delayed but the real issue is that Mike did not once reach out to me to update me on it, and after I called him about the status, Mike failed to follow-up as he had promised. This was my second stop to a brick and mortar jewelry store in downtown Seattle to look at engagement rings. After receiving subpar service at another store, I was so happy to feel well taken care of and educated here at Ben Bridge, thanks solely to Joanna. Her service/ attention to us was more like 5 stars, to be honest. However, I didn't love the selection at the Ben Bridge downtown location, which is why this experience is 3-stars. Joanna mentioned that their in-store inventory wasn't really a good indicator of the vast selection online. And I haven't looked at their website, but I'm sure she's right. However, I felt like most of what I was looking at in store was just either outdated or like everything I've seen out there. There wasn't anything really unique that I gravitated towards. Many of the bands were chunky and thick. And a majority of what they had in-store was halo style with diamonds on the bands, as well. I know that's probably really popular. But it's not what I'm looking for, so that knocked out most of their in-store inventory for me. There was one ring I tried on that was awesome and kind of unique--but the price tag was so enormous it just felt like an immediate "no" for us. I will say that Joanna so very patient with us and I pretty much said "no" to most of the rings she showed us. What a trooper. And I would totally consider reaching out to her to send her ring styles I like via email so that she could see what their online inventory looked like. But it's always kind of a bummer not to find anything that suits your tastes at the physical store--espeically since I'd never purchase a ring without seeing it on my hand, first. TL;DR: 5-star service with Joanna. But the in-store selection was a bummer. However, I'd consider working with them to see if their online inventory had something that suited my style. read more

We went through many Hamilton models, from the retro version to the manual wound until we finally settled on the automatic. He educated me on the Rolex brand and answered all my questions. I got on the waiting list and 6 months later I received a call that they received a Deepsea and my name came up. Amazing they kept my name on their list that long and actually followed up with me. I went in the next day and completed the purchase. The process was easy and never felt pressured. A year later I reached out to Dan on a Yacht-master for my father and in a few months he picked up his new watch. Fantastic customer service! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their merchandise. Cleanings for rings take about 5 minutes. They check for any loose stones too. My recommendation for this place: always get their care plan. It covers cleaning and even rhodium plating fees. ** If you get rhodium plating it could take up to two weeks with the care plan or a couple of days without the care plan and for a price. ** read more

On my first visit, Benito was very helpful and patient and I really enjoyed learning about some of the lesser-known details on some of the models. I went back in today to make a purchase, and unfortunately Benito was not in. The gentleman working the Rolex "room" today (Tuesday 13Mar at 5pm) seem annoyed that I came in, even though I was the only customer in the store! I was prepared to make a purchase - the $8,000 Explorer II, white face, which they had in stock. This "gentleman" was so rude, condescending, impatient, and had such attitude, that I literally walked out. He was tall, with a beard, scruffy and unkempt looking. He seemed bothered that I interrupted his conversation with the security guard. I missed his name but if the Ben Bridge management reads this review I would encourage you to look into this matter. I've been here several times and for the most part have received pretty decent service. N usually comes in here with questions or needs advice regarding his watch. The watch guy is super knowledgeable, friendly and patient. A watch like the kinds sold here are huge purchases so I understand wanting to know as much as you can, and so does he. I have also purchased a beautiful garnet ring from here as a treat to myself. The woman who helped me then was spectacular, I have forgotten her name but she was excellent and remembered me on future visits. Wonderful service. On my most recent trip here I was acting as sounding board to my friend who was also looking at watches. Again we received awesome service from the man in watches. He was patient and really laid back making the whole experience way more fun. Since we were here my friend thought that we should check out some engagement rings. She's married and I'm not getting married in the foreseeable future but why not? It'll give me a good idea of what I like and don't like for when the time comes to start dropping massive hints. It took a while to flag down an employee and when we did it was very cold unfriendly service. We were both dressed VERY casually, like yoga pants and tee shirts casual. This review is a composite of ~5 visits to Ben Bridge downtown. Most recently, my opinion and average experience at this store was improved by a customer service rep named Emily. Bravo Emily, for being a standout at your store. She helped me without judgement or history, and followed up on several difficult questions about watches. My first visit to BB was centered on engagement ring purchasing. The jeweler was helpful and educated me on the cut, clarity, and carat weight decisions I had to make. Unfortunately the first visit was an outlier. Several follow up visits to look at watches were met with skepticism that I was a real buyer, despite wearing a high value watch already. Most of the staff dismissed me immediately because I am in my late 20s, and made it clear that I was an inconvenience that likely didn't have money to spend. This sentiment has stayed with me, and despite developing a watch collection, I have not made a large purchase ($500+) at Ben Bridge because of the elitist attitude on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, Ben Bridge also has the issue of simply over pricing diamonds. Comparable stones and settings were 20% cheaper if you are willing to visit competitors in Renton or Lynnwood. The wristwatch selection is quite great, but as a certified dealer, they cannot deviate from full MSRP much at all. (Not their fault) So, again, pricing is at the very top of the market range. The redeeming element is that Ben Bridge is an authorized repair center for many remarkable brands, including Panerai, Rolex, and Breitling. This means they are a safe place to bring such items for repair or review. But be prepared to pay for the peace of mind and certainty. Overall, Ben Bridge downtown is a great place to window shop, but customer service lags unless you look like you are about to spend thousands of dollars. read more

As most of us know there is somewhat of a wait for anything Rolex right now. Michelle Selnekovic was my Jewelry specialist, and she was absolutely amazing and very energetic. She was very knowledgeable about the Rolex brand and wasn't being very pushy about selling the watch.
