Located at The Bravern is the Omega store - a high end watch store that has a limited selection of the brand's iconic watches. It is a small store with a few glass cases, very minimalistic, and a friendly staff. Oh and they locked us in. I'm not sure why but this behavior really caught me off guard. I have never been locked out or locked into a store before. There was no sign indicating the door was locked and as we attempted to open we were baffled why it wouldn't. We then were let it by a very polite saleswoman who informed us the door is locked. Upon entering she promptly locked the door. When we left she had to unlock the door to let us in. Now, this isn't Seattle - this is Bellevue in the Bravern. It isn't a place with a lot of foot traffic. We passed by Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Versace, and many other luxury brand name stores and none of them kept their doors locked during business hours. The sales lady was nice and very polite. I took my Omega planet ocean in for periodic service m pressure testing, and it sat at the store for over a month before being sent to the omega service center. When I received it back, it was off by more than 15 minutes per day. The store did nothing to test it. It took four months to get it back and it is still off by 15 minutes per day. I went totake it back a third time and the store which says it's open until six closed at 5:55 PM the security guard laughed and said we are closed. I regret ever buying an omega watch based on the poor service at the Bellevue store. read more

I was at the Bravern today and specifically wanted to stop by Omega to see if they had a Speedmaster 2998. I have been to the boutique before, but this time I was greeted by a locked door. As I peered in, I noticed a SA with a customer taking delivery, so I patiently waited for her to finish up. Once finished she greeted me at the door and asked if I had an appointment. I did not, which I wasn't aware Omega was doing this now. She told me to return in 20 minutes as they were at full capacity. I had no problem with this as I am accustomed to many other watch brands that require appointments. I stopped by Louis Vuitton and Hermes for some Holiday shopping and returned to Omega. I could see into the door and a different SA was with a customer. I waited for someone else to come greet me, but nobody appeared. I waited for about 5 minutes outside with no attention. I made the decision to just leave as I wasn't going to wait forever. Later, I saw the SA I met earlier as she hurried away out the door (probably to lunch). In summary; No issues with the way they handled not having an appointment. However, I was disappointed that they don't have a doorbell like many other brand boutiques have to alert there is a customer. Also, I was quite disappointed that I had returned and did not get to experience the boutique with a potential purchase. I hope Omega takes note and will work on improving their customer experience. Some other brands take criticism on how they handle their customer experience, but I think this may actually be worse. I have experienced poor customer service from some other brands in the Bravern. My advice to Luxury brand customers is to not lower your expectations when it comes to customer service. LV and Hermes have been exceptional customer service to me! This is the most basic expectation any customer should expect. Take your business elsewhere. I have found that other locations that provide exceptional customer service makes the experience much more enjoyable and I love making my purchases with my favorite SA's. My watch collecting is something I love dearly. Poor customer service is something I do not want to experience when acquiring another timepiece. It ruins the whole experience. read more

In January earlier this year, I attempted to inquire about the reissued calibre 321 Speedmaster. I first stopped by to introduce myself, where I was left feeling unwelcome and treated like an irritating onlooker. I later called to place a deposit on the watch as Omega has yet to begin delivering this piece. Both times I spoke to Sarah, whom very condescendingly informed me I was not eligible to purchase the watch. She explaining "This watch is reserved for our most loyal customers, and given you have no purchase history with our boutique you are not currently eligible to make a deposit". She went on to explain if I wanted the watch, I could start by buying other watches first to build a relationship. This is to be expected - though not spoken - from the likes of Rolex, Audemars Piguet, or Patek Philippe (all of which I have built relationships and considerable purchase history to support them), but not from Omega. Furthermore, had other Omega watches been of interest to me, I would have already purchased them. I proceeded to call another Omega Boutique. and as I expected was able to immediately placed a deposit on this watch. Sarah's attitude and condescending elitist rhetoric is entirely unprofessional, misplaced, and unwarranted. I will not be purchasing any watches from this Boutique for that reason, and instead keeping my business with the other Swatch Group owned retailer. read more

I have a 20-year-old Seamaster that needs to be serviced every so often, and before this store opened, I had to deal with one of the mall jewelry stores. They were fine, but of course, Omega was one of many lines the store carried, and so there was a lack of specialized knowledge as well as a constant flow of mall traffic when I went in. This changed with the standalone Omega stores, though - and the Bellevue location delivers the kind of customer service that one would expect when dealing with any luxury good. When I dropped off my watch, Cesar spent time looking it over, explaining the work that would be done and discussing things that might come up (link replacement on the bracelet, etc), possible costs, length of time. But he was also immediately knowledgeable about the watch itself, for example mentioning that the white face was a rarity. There were no surprises with the work that was done, and it was done impeccably. Cesar called me twice to let me know the watch was in - in case I had missed the first message. When I picked up the watch, I experienced similar attention, including a lengthy discussion of both my own watch and a look at some less-sporty options if I should decide to indulge myself again in the future. No pressure at all! Just my questions answered. The watches themselves are expensive, but if my experience is any indicator, they are well worth the price, and then some - my Omega has been worn daily for 20 years, and with the occasional maintenance, looks and runs just like it did on Day One. read more

I recently came into the Omega Boutique at The Bravern and was greeted by Colton (found out he was the manager) and have been working with Cesar. Everyone there seems so very professional, well dressed and great manners. I have read some of the other reviews and just astounded. First of all, I have been in many boutiques, and its is common practice, and probably a company policy that when you leave the customer, you don't leave the watch in front of them. Obviously these folks are not used to high end products. They asked alot of specific questions, and showed me many variations of watches that I was interested in. Omega must have 12000 combinations of watches. Right now I have 2 or 3 that I am thinking of, choices. They are NOT pushy, or rude, and even though I didn't buy anything, treated me as if I purchased a solid gold Seamaster.
