Honestly could not be happier with this shop. You can tell clearly the store has player roots. They're also an excellent guitar shop in a pinch, stocked with strings and capos and other bits. Reminds me a little of the out of the way shops common in Nashville. If you want to see museum pieces mortals can't afford, go to Emerald, it's worth it. But when you're seeking something affordable and playable, this shop absolutely *nails* it for well curated used stock. An absolute Seattle gem.

Their buy back program has completely changed, charging nearly triple interest rates, they used to empathize with people about buying back forfeited items and now it's only about filling the companies pockets. I'll be honest--I had zero expectations and was secretly wondering why she didn't just want a TV from Costco like a normal person. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how helpful the staff was. Cole, Adam, Anthony, and Emily were all incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and honest to a fault. They answered every question I had without any pressure and took the time to make sure I understood exactly what I was getting. After doing my own research, I was shocked to find out the 67" TV I bought was priced at just $250 -- that's a full $200 cheaper than both Costco and Amazon. The quality looked excellent, and the price was unbeatable. I left the store extremely impressed. I now completely trust the employees, the value of the items they sell, and especially their 30-day return policy with no issues. This won't be my last visit -- I'll definitely be coming back to Cash America for future purchases. If you're on the fence about shopping at a pawn store, do yourself a favor and give this location a try. You might be just as pleasantly surprised as I was!
