His knowledge is second to none. He's thorough. He doesn't miss a thing. I get a great exam when I come to visit. One thing I'm sad to see was that he is now part of the Yale Collective. My cost per visit tripled because of this move. I don't fault him for that. I fault Yale and their greed. I asked Dr Lane why it's more costly, and he mentioned Obamacare costs as a factor.

Mom was on the fence about going....and she really needed help with her hearing issue. Doctor Lynn did the hearing tests and it turns out Mom's hearing had gotten worse. Over 70% hearing loss. She said Mom should have come over 20 years ago. Well, I wish she would have...but money was the defining reason. With mom's new insurance (Anthem BCBS Mediblue Dual Advantage Plan), Medicaid and Medicare my Mom owes nothing. They are taking care of the tests and also the cost of the hearing aids. The doctor did her best to make it as easy on my Mom as possible....and I really appreciated it. If you or a loved one has hearing issues I would wholeheartedly recommend this place. You really can't go wrong. If I could rate them 11 stars....I would have.

I have never in my life, experienced such disrespect in a doctors office. I am honestly not sure if I want to remain a patient the way I was treated today. I had book an appointment after reading MANY great reviews about the doctors & the office. Leading up to my appointment date it was confirmed by the office, & online paperwork was submitted. HOWEVER 2 business days (the office is closed on weekends) before my already confirmed appointment. I received another message on KLARA regarding my insurance not being accepted, also stating that my appointment would be canceled. Keep in mind I am would have been a FIRST TIME PATIENT, I am unfamiliar with payment options since none were ever mentioned to me; I responded that same day, willing to pay out of pocket, to please keep my appointment and so forth. I received no response for the rest of that day (Thursday), no response Friday - Wednesday. 4 business days (again office is closed weekends) from when I had asked/offered to pay out of pocket for my appointment. Received an obnoxious, unprofessional, all CAPS message from PAM a biller through the office stating exactly as written, "WE CANNOT TAKE MONEY FROM YOU ITS NOT ALLOWED YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED". Which is very distasteful & rude. I am a very understanding person, and had ONLY asked a simple yes or no question regarding paying out of pocket for an appointment I was looking forward to. A very simple professional response would have gone a long way and not have led to this disappointing review!
