There is no continuity of care and no one who takes ownership of the situation. I have called the front desk and billing countless times. Billing has been condescending, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Meanwhile, I have spent hours on the phone with Aetna, who has also contacted this office multiple times trying to resolve the issue. Despite all of this, we are still stuck waiting on reimbursement and clear answers. This has been an absolute nightmare, especially when dealing with something as important as a child's hearing and such a large amount of money. I would never return to this practice and strongly caution others to get everything in writing and think carefully before paying a large sum of money upfront.
