A condition he has had since birth. This is our 1st time with this Dr. And wished we had him years ago. He was given a hearing test, Ears checked through a microscope and that's how this visit was everything for me felt like it was done using a microscope. The facility was visibly dirty -- floors unswept, dust in patient areas, and exam rooms that looked like they hadn't been appropriately sanitized between visits. In a medical environment, that's unacceptable and borderline dangerous. The staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in patient care. I witnessed front desk personnel rolling their eyes at patient questions, ignoring phone calls, and openly complaining about their jobs. Even worse, the owners themselves seemed just as indifferent and combative when concerns were raised--more concerned with defending bad behavior than fixing it. This isn't just a bad experience -- it's a warning sign. A medical office that treats its patients and facility this poorly shouldn't be operating. There are far better, safer options nearby.
