This review is about the Audio Help Hearing Centers office in Stamford, CT. My experience has been fantastic from working with Vakeisha at the front desk through working with Audiologist, Dr. Natalie Abergel. It's been a positive experience over a five-week period from an initial hearing test, to a follow-up visit with many questions, where I left with a "demo" set of hearing aids to try for a week. The process continued at a fitting, where I came in with multiple pages of my experiences and questions, which Dr. Abergel patiently, helpfully, and knowledgeably reviewed and answered everything. Two days later I left with my own set of hearing aids and a week later had a follow-up visit to make any adjustments I needed. To wrap this up, I could not be happier with my entire experience and most of all of my improved hearing. A special "thank you" goes to Dr. Abergel, who above and beyond what I've already said always made me feel that my needs and help were her priorities through this experience. I am absolutely delighted with my new hearing aids, and the care provided by Dr Bravo. Since this is my first time with hearing aids, Dr Bravo explained everything very patiently and clearly and helped me choose a really good solution. As soon as I received my new hearing aids, I set out to test drive them in tough conditions. Meeting a friend in a noisy bar, I switched my aids to detect voice in loud settings - and was able to hear everything she said for 90 minutes! Then I went to a restaurant (quieter, but with 7 people spread around a table). Again, I could hear everyone without straining or having to ask for a repeat. It wasn't loud, just clear in a way I could understand what was being said. I am now a great advocate of good hearing aids that restore the ability I took for granted when I was younger. They are invisible, comfortable, work well... I can't imagine why someone would NOT want to give these a go. And the folks at Audio Help have my thanks. read more

I took my 85 year old friend to Dr. Abergel and couldn't be happier! Natalie Abergel was friendly, professional, and absolutely patient beyond belief! My friend, let's call her Lucy, has been 70% deaf for 2 years and is extremely frustrated. Lucy complained a lot, told stories about her deafness and other compromises being 85 years of age. Natalie listened with such compassion and put Lucy at ease. I highly recommend Audiohelp and know that you will love Natalie! Also, Vakisha, who works at the front desk kept me up to date on all that was going on so I could email Lucy to keep her informed as well. This is my third time visit Dr. Abergel and I am very impressed. No wait time, very easy to get to, plenty of parking and the office staff was very friendly.
