The receptionist blamed me, was condescending and rude, and insisted on fighting instead of just saying sorry for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service, especially for a new customer that was recommended to him by an existing patient. Then she called me back again to explain what happened, and I asked her if I could call her back since I was on the phone with my doctor. She didn't care and continued to keep talking twice because her time was more important than mine. I called her back only to be blamed yet again, and then received the following email today. I spoke with the doctor about our telephone conversation on Monday, September 21, 2020 and he feels that it is best not to see you as a patient in this office. We have cancelled your appointment and refunded your $50.00 deposit. The doctor doesn't even know my side of the story but cancelled this appt regardless. I also called to clarify these multiple appts I had in my calendar, and no one called me back in several days. It's a shame his receptionist treats patients with major health issues like this instead of treating them with compassion. I will definitely let my wellness practitioner know who recommended him highly to me about this horrible experience.

The entire office was clean, neat, and welcoming. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in, and the tech who assisted me was polite and efficient. I saw Kathryn Giunta, DNP, AGPCNP, and she was wonderful. She was thorough and did a great job explaining everything using analogies, videos, scans, and graphs, which made it much easier to understand what was going on. The visit itself was quick and organized. I was called in promptly and didn't feel like I was waiting around. My only downside was that the copay was double what I usually pay at my ENT in Tully, so I'll be doing some research before moving forward with the TMJ physical therapy referral they recommended. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this practice!

I love Dr. Cavallo's office…read more I came here for an evaluation after I hurt my knee and went to Stamford Hospital ER and they told me I sprained my knee. A week and a half later my knee still didn't feel right. I made an appointment to go to Dr. Cavallo. He was real thorough. After he did the test. He diagnosed me with a torn meniscus in my right knee, he even said you can get a second opinion if I would like. He does a lot of them, he him self has even had the surgery. I was very surprised since Stamford hospital was so off with my diagnosis. Dr. Cavallo actually did my surgery and I was very nervous because this was my first surgery. He put me at ease and did my surgery perfectly. Recovery was long and one of the toughest things I've had to do through no fault of his. I also started physical therapy in the same office with James Caroleo and he and his team who have also been wonderful. I would highly recommended Dr. Cavallo office for your orthopedic needs.

(Right shoulder repair, left knee arthroscopy). I enjoy coming in to see Doc as he answers all my questions and is extremely thorough. We have always talked all options prior to surgery and I have never not felt comfortable with his opinions. He's got a great personality, is super friendly and I have recommended him to many of friends and loved ones. There are plenty of doctors out there who may get the job done, but if you want to feel like you truly matter and that you are in good hands......there's only one thing to do.....call Doc today and you will understand exactly what I mean. Xray tech was clear and thorough, providing insights but not advise about the images. Off site Doctor review took a few minutes, but came back with a thorough and accurate assessment and referal for full ER visit on a priority, but nonemergency basis. They shared images, diagnosis, and info with my local ER and I was able to bypass most of the local triage delay when I arrived. Everything Nowalk HH pointed out was on point and my treatment was aligned with their work throughout. Great place to get triaged before committing hours and money to busy Emergency Rooms. My insurance supported Hartford Healthcare urgent care, so one small copay covered all treatment and analysis.
