i went out of my way to compliment the doctor yet he ent me a letter barring me from the practice…read morewithout even telling me what i did wrong and how i can fix it. he doesn't like my religious beliefs ! i complained to the manager saying that i wanted to talk to the owner and she refused being rude and nasty and not concerned that my feelings were hurt. until they tell me what i did wrong and give me a chance to correct it and rejoin the practice i ask that u unite with me and boycott this practice. as a group we need to unite against disrespectful treatment and him them in the pocketbook. take my example yelp anyone who mistreats you and ask others to join because as a group we can force people to treat us right by hitting them in the pocketbook. especailly this insensitvie mean spritied office maanger who won't let me talk to the owner. or the doctor. i say don't go to levin unitl the manager is disciplined or fired

His knowledge is second to none. He's thorough. He doesn't miss a thing. I get a great exam when I come to visit. One thing I'm sad to see was that he is now part of the Yale Collective. My cost per visit tripled because of this move. I don't fault him for that. I fault Yale and their greed. I asked Dr Lane why it's more costly, and he mentioned Obamacare costs as a factor.

I had to wait over an hour to see him because they never recorded my appointment in their system because the staff is so incompetent. He ordered x-rays that I didn't need and had to suffer on his archaic machine. Then when I called his office to ask questions about my level of care, I was told by his rude staff that he will never call me back. Who treats patients that way? Very upsetting.

I called to schedule an appointment and the woman who answered the phone expressed her disgust with the way I was answering one of her questions to another staff member while I was on the phone. I have never in my life, experienced such disrespect in a doctors office. I am honestly not sure if I want to remain a patient the way I was treated today. My son is also a patient and I honestly don't feel comfortable sending him there anymore as well.
