I have been a patient of Dr. COFFEY's office for many years. But today I experienced the rudest receptionist ever. I called to schedule an appointment and the woman who answered the phone expressed her disgust with the way I was answering one of her questions to another staff member while I was on the phone. I have never in my life, experienced such disrespect in a doctors office. I am honestly not sure if I want to remain a patient the way I was treated today. My son is also a patient and I honestly don't feel comfortable sending him there anymore as well. read more

EZ access, free parking, pleasant staff and calming giant fish tank in the waiting room. No sharks. The electronic pad in which you have to put your info is kinda annoying, but you can easily avoid some questions and go to the next screen. Also don't let the staff take your picture or they'll put it with your chart. Less info is better. Unless you think it is all safe & secure. Dr. Coffey has a very calming personality, laser focuses on what your issue is, and what can be done. Highly trained and solid experience. read more

If you are over 40 and are having problems with your hearing, be prepared for him to ignore ANY OTHER issues and give you the hard sell for hearing aids. I have poor hearing, but I wanted to talk about tinnitus, middle pressure, frequent ear infections. He Could Not Be Bothered to discuss anything but hearing aids hearing aids hearing aids. Also, I wonder if he thought his use of profanity made him seem cool. It did not. It made him seem unprofessional. My advice to you is to go in with an agenda and do not leave until your topics have been discussed. I wish I had said this: "I will discuss hearing aids after we have discussed tinnitus, middle ear pressure, and frequent ear infections." read more

We had an appointment that I missed bc I woke up late, I called to see if they would still see us unfortunately the Dr. Was tightly booked but I was able to get an appointment with the APRN (his nurse-Debi) just a few hours later she was attentive kind concerned and explained everything, that my son who's 17 is going thru bc of his ear infections. A condition he has had since birth. This is our 1st time with this Dr. And wished we had him years ago. He was given a hearing test, Ears checked through a microscope and that's how this visit was everything for me felt like it was done using a microscope. I'd also like to mention Terry the nurse she was the exact same way with my son. Concerned and patient in talking with us. I know there's not a better Dr. Specialist office out there!
