I had book an appointment after reading MANY great reviews about the doctors & the office. Leading up to my appointment date it was confirmed by the office, & online paperwork was submitted. HOWEVER 2 business days (the office is closed on weekends) before my already confirmed appointment. I received another message on KLARA regarding my insurance not being accepted, also stating that my appointment would be canceled. Keep in mind I am would have been a FIRST TIME PATIENT, I am unfamiliar with payment options since none were ever mentioned to me; I responded that same day, willing to pay out of pocket, to please keep my appointment and so forth. I received no response for the rest of that day (Thursday), no response Friday - Wednesday. 4 business days (again office is closed weekends) from when I had asked/offered to pay out of pocket for my appointment. Received an obnoxious, unprofessional, all CAPS message from PAM a biller through the office stating exactly as written, "WE CANNOT TAKE MONEY FROM YOU ITS NOT ALLOWED YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED". Which is very distasteful & rude. I am a very understanding person, and had ONLY asked a simple yes or no question regarding paying out of pocket for an appointment I was looking forward to. A very simple professional response would have gone a long way and not have led to this disappointing review!

His knowledge is second to none. He's thorough. He doesn't miss a thing. I get a great exam when I come to visit. One thing I'm sad to see was that he is now part of the Yale Collective. My cost per visit tripled because of this move. I don't fault him for that. I fault Yale and their greed. I asked Dr Lane why it's more costly, and he mentioned Obamacare costs as a factor.

I had to wait over an hour to see him because they never recorded my appointment in their system because the staff is so incompetent. He ordered x-rays that I didn't need and had to suffer on his archaic machine. We had an appointment that I missed bc I woke up late, I called to see if they would still see us unfortunately the Dr. Was tightly booked but I was able to get an appointment with the APRN (his nurse-Debi) just a few hours later she was attentive kind concerned and explained everything, that my son who's 17 is going thru bc of his ear infections. A condition he has had since birth. This is our 1st time with this Dr. And wished we had him years ago. He was given a hearing test, Ears checked through a microscope and that's how this visit was everything for me felt like it was done using a microscope. I'd also like to mention Terry the nurse she was the exact same way with my son. Concerned and patient in talking with us. I know there's not a better Dr. Specialist office out there! I've had to deal with many people on staff for health issues that treat you like cattle to be processed in an uncaring manner. Dr T breaks that mold and is genuinely concerned about making you feel better.
