Medically sophisticated, highly intelligent, thoroughly cultured and a good sense of humor. He really does know his oats -- every one of them! His office is readily accessible, easy parking and just off the Merritt. It is also full of some delightful ladies-who-lunch behind the front desk who are extremely helpful. Dr Shin, who has seen me a few times, is also wonderful. I am deeply grateful that I arrived at this office some ten years ago!

People saying the bathrooms are filthy well they really aren't both woman and men's are working and running up to date there's no urine or fecal matter on the ground that other people are saying. The security gaurds are very nice and keep you in a positive mood if there ever was a problem. The director is the one u need to talk to if you have an issue and no matter what problem u may have, New Era always seems to solve the issue and setup a work around for your needs. I enjoy this place a lot and I've been in and out of treatment myself for a few years now currently been taking methadone here for almost 2 months now I can already see myself doing better since I am still able to work and spend time with my beautiful girlfriend without having to sit in a prison like a rehab. 5 stars New Era!! My "physical" lasted roughly 3 minutes, where after asking me my height & weight he just wrote down for me to go get a blood test and come back a week later. He appears to just look to get patients in and out as fast as he can so he is able to bill your insurance company. Which was evident in him seeing 5 different patients in the first 15 minutes I was in his office. If you are looking for someone to just write you a prescription without actually being checked out by a doctor, he's your man. If you are looking to be actually seen by a doctor go else where. I wish I checked his yelp reviews before going to seeing him, its evident the type of service he provides.

Setting up an appointment is easy on their website, and wait times are not too long. Dr. C is thorough in his analysis of your health concern or general checkup, and truly makes an effort to understand your situation holistically as a patient to make the most effective recommendations. He is highly knowledgeable of the ecosystem for specialists in his area as well for referrals. I scheduled an appt. today and when I was in the parking lot, the office called to tell me that he is refusing to see me because of this balance. For the 15 years I've been seeing him he turned me away after I told the office my heart felt it was racing (I've had hypertension forever) and all over a billing error. Where are his morals??
