    I would have been a "new patient", and am writing this unfortunate review as someone who didn't…read moreeven get to physically go in to the office but to experience such unprofessionalism & lack of efforts through the online application used to book & manage appointments, KLARA. I had book an appointment after reading MANY great reviews about the doctors & the office. Leading up to my appointment date it was confirmed by the office, & online paperwork was submitted. HOWEVER 2 business days (the office is closed on weekends) before my already confirmed appointment. I received another message on KLARA regarding my insurance not being accepted, also stating that my appointment would be canceled. Keep in mind I am would have been a FIRST TIME PATIENT, I am unfamiliar with payment options since none were ever mentioned to me; I responded that same day, willing to pay out of pocket, to please keep my appointment and so forth. I received no response for the rest of that day (Thursday), no response Friday - Wednesday. 4 business days (again office is closed weekends) from when I had asked/offered to pay out of pocket for my appointment. Received an obnoxious, unprofessional, all CAPS message from PAM a biller through the office stating exactly as written, "WE CANNOT TAKE MONEY FROM YOU ITS NOT ALLOWED YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED". Which is very distasteful & rude. I am a very understanding person, and had ONLY asked a simple yes or no question regarding paying out of pocket for an appointment I was looking forward to. A very simple professional response would have gone a long way and not have led to this disappointing review!
