He knows his profession, using computerized tracking of the hearing aids, he teaches me how to fix small things that I've messed up on the devices, is warm, friendly, and patient (I'm never rushed out of the office), and there's good availability of appts. I used to have a short drive to Precision Hearing, and now it's about double the time to get there, but I still go! The office is right off exit 53 of the Merritt Parkway. We share about our lives at the end of the visit, so I look forward to being with him. The office is nice and the staff reflects that 'personal touch', that competent friendliness that is David. The entire office was clean, neat, and welcoming. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in, and the tech who assisted me was polite and efficient. I saw Kathryn Giunta, DNP, AGPCNP, and she was wonderful. She was thorough and did a great job explaining everything using analogies, videos, scans, and graphs, which made it much easier to understand what was going on. The visit itself was quick and organized. I was called in promptly and didn't feel like I was waiting around. My only downside was that the copay was double what I usually pay at my ENT in Tully, so I'll be doing some research before moving forward with the TMJ physical therapy referral they recommended. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this practice!

I got my first pair 4 years ago from hearing life and the service has been wonderful. Camden is outstanding and answers every technical question I had which were many. The office is convenient and has the latest high-tech equipment compared to how things worse several years ago. I am very pleased with the quality of the new Oticons hearing aids that he set me up with. I highly recommend this location for top quality service and his highest level of skill.

I cannot begin to express how disappointed I am in the Hearing Balance & Speech Center (a Hearing…read moreLife center) in Hamden and Waterbury, CT. In October 20322 my wife and I purchased expensive hearing aids. The contract on page 3 stated, "... After the trial period a member is allowed up to 3 visits within the first year ... at no cost. ". We were told that this allowed us 3 free visits to tune up the hearing aids. In May of 2023 my wife and I want to have the hearing aids adjusted and checked. At the visit we were told there would be a charge. When we objected the audiologist stated that the phrase "visits within the first year" applied to Dec 31, 2022, the end of the calendar year of the purchase and not 12 months from transaction date. We then called the salesperson who did not call us back. According to Collins dictionary, Law Insider and other sources, the definition of this phrase "Within one year as used herein means the year preceding the date of occurrence of this transaction. The definition of year is "a period of 365 or 366 days." Based on their reaction I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for hearing aids. There are cheaper places where the service cannot be any worse than the Hearing Balance & Speech Center. Bruce P

Mom was on the fence about going....and she really needed help with her hearing issue. Doctor Lynn did the hearing tests and it turns out Mom's hearing had gotten worse. Over 70% hearing loss. She said Mom should have come over 20 years ago. Well, I wish she would have...but money was the defining reason. With mom's new insurance (Anthem BCBS Mediblue Dual Advantage Plan), Medicaid and Medicare my Mom owes nothing. They are taking care of the tests and also the cost of the hearing aids. The doctor did her best to make it as easy on my Mom as possible....and I really appreciated it. If you or a loved one has hearing issues I would wholeheartedly recommend this place. You really can't go wrong. If I could rate them 11 stars....I would have.
