I've never felt so relaxed and comfortable as he explained and taught us why colonoscopy's are so important. I felt like I was in class. So informative and the way he so eloquently laid out was just awesome. This was the best doctors appointment I've ever been too and it was for my husband. Tried charging a second time for a test I paid for on a previous visit (they overbilled on the previous visit & we're supposed to leave a credit on my account). Raenel was no help whatsoever and only exacerbated the problem. The cardiology PA told me a test showed very minimal plaque in one of my arteries. Not a big deal. Saw a new cardiologist today who reviewed that very same test more in-depth with me & told me it was a significant amount of plaque & I need to be treated with meds immediately. This place doesn't care about patients! They care about cranking out tests so they can get extra money from insurance & extra co-pays from patients.
