When we arrived at the office AT 5:00, it was closed. Not only is this super unprofessional, but it raises major concerns for this Medical Care establishment. Do you just deny patients when it's inconvenient for you? Do you just close early due to boredom? Do you not want to actually care for your patients? Genuine questions for hopefully a genuine medical professional that works at this establishment. Best of luck to anyone who actually go here cause god only knows where their certification comes from.

The wait was a bit much but it was worth the wait. I understand the wait because, even at the end of the day, Kingston has the energy and motivation as if it were first thing in the morning. He DOES NOT try to get you "in and out." He will spend the time with you to go over any questions or concerns you may have. He even has a touch of humor with his patients. The doctors were nice but unfortunately their staff made it so unbearable that I had to completely switch primary care offices. My family were patients there for years and it's just sad to see how this has all been handled. I've had to jump through hoops to be given access to my own personal records. I don't even think the doctors realize what is going on in their own offices.
