When we arrived at the office AT 5:00, it was closed. Not only is this super unprofessional, but it raises major concerns for this Medical Care establishment. Do you just deny patients when it's inconvenient for you? Do you just close early due to boredom? Do you not want to actually care for your patients? Genuine questions for hopefully a genuine medical professional that works at this establishment. Best of luck to anyone who actually go here cause god only knows where their certification comes from.

I've been trying to get my prescriptions renewed for five days now and nobody returns my call. Their answering service will not relay any messages because my need of medication "is not a medical emergency". I tried the patient portal but that crashed too. The doctors are excellent but the office is run unapologetically appallingly, take care of yourself and find another family medical center.

LaPorta office is decent, a lot of aggravation with scripts being sent wrong or not at all, but at least she's there for me; it's tough to get appointments at times and I just have to call a few too many times for my liking, but maybe she's just that popular

Everyone of them work together as a team and are an asset to this practice. When I first met DR Kochar I felt extremely comfortable. The wait was a bit much but it was worth the wait. I understand the wait because, even at the end of the day, Kingston has the energy and motivation as if it were first thing in the morning. He DOES NOT try to get you "in and out." He will spend the time with you to go over any questions or concerns you may have. He even has a touch of humor with his patients. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better P.A. He has a plethora of knowledge. Def. Reccomended.

I've needed immunization records to provide for new jobs and this office has yet to provide me with the correct history I need. The doctors were nice but unfortunately their staff made it so unbearable that I had to completely switch primary care offices. My family were patients there for years and it's just sad to see how this has all been handled. I've had to jump through hoops to be given access to my own personal records. I don't even think the doctors realize what is going on in their own offices.
