I got my first pair 4 years ago from hearing life and the service has been wonderful. Camden is outstanding and answers every technical question I had which were many. The office is convenient and has the latest high-tech equipment compared to how things worse several years ago. I am very pleased with the quality of the new Oticons hearing aids that he set me up with. I highly recommend this location for top quality service and his highest level of skill.

Once I had the hearing aids, the audiologist was not readily available to address my questions or concerns. Dr. DiMarco is the exact opposite. She encouraged me to communicate with her as often as I need to have any questions answered. She scheduled me for a follow up appointment right away. Buying hearing aids is an investment. The results greatly concerned me and I surely felt that I needed to speak with the doctor. I called his office and was told that he left for the day, but that he would call me the next day. After waiting until the afternoon for his call, I contacted his office. I was told that he left for the day (without calling me with the results) and would not return until 5 days later and thus would not return my call until then. As I explained that was unacceptable, the representative hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the office manager. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. An office manager finally picked up and told me that she would have another doctor call me that day. NO ONE CALLED ME! This is heartless and cruel. Truly unacceptable!
