No one likes to spend the money for hearing aides butttt this has so much changed my husbands life. He is happy with the decision of finally getting the hearing aides which has had a positive impact on his life. I have had hearing problems since my mid-20's, and now, in my 50's, I found the right place and person to get a part of my life back. Bari at Huntington Hearing has shown me compassion, professionalism, and caring during the hearing aid process, and in doing so, opening up a new world for me. My only regret is not doing it sooner. My son and I had a great experience in the office from the minute we walked in. Lori, the office could not have been friendlier or nicer. She greeted us with a big smile and was more than happy to help us. Everyone else in the office also was as nice as could be. How nice of an office to be opened on a Saturday, because I work during the week and it is very difficult to get there. We were taken right on time, which is rare in most offices. The absolute worst from the moment you walk in! "Receptionist" was on a personal call as we entered the office and did not even greet us. First words out of her mouth were that we were late, which we were not. We made our original appointment time, problem is someone in their office erased our original appointment and moved us earlier(which I noticed as I was rescheduling) Very rude staff! read more

I wish I could give 10 stars!!! We have a young child with speech and hearing problems and could not find a appropriate Audiologist where we live, so we were recommended to go to Huntington Hearing and Speech in NY. Though the travel costs were more then I would have liked. Our experience could not have been better!!! Thank you guys for all the time you took to make my little man hear again. After seeing their many ads I convinced dad to "just have a hearing test". I wish he could use the computer himself to say how sorry he was to have waited so long to get help. This is a wonderful group and it is easy to see that they truly care about us and enjoy what they do, which is help people hear again. Only 4 stars as they do not have evening hours, which sometimes makes it hard for me to bring dad in for appointments but they are available on Saturdays. Definitely recommend! read more
