The guys there are chill and helpful is what I got from observing helping other customers. Answering any and every question thrown at them. After finishing the rounds I brought, I noticed my groupings were down and to the left. Since I had just installed a new optic, I thought it might not be zeroed correctly. On my way out, I decided to ask for some advice. Mike was extremely kind and took the time to ask a few questions to understand the issue. He then gave me about 36 rounds, told me to grab a new target, and said he'd meet me in a lane. Long story short, he spent 10-15 minutes helping to figure out the problem and got me shooting in the right direction ;) at no cost.
