A friend referred me to Below Invoice. I gave them a call and Cole had Blake help me out. Both were very friendly. Blake got my information on what I wanted and within a day he got back to me with a very good leasing offer. He was upfront / no bs which I like a lot. My experience with him and this company was great. I would recommend them to others. Thanks again. read more

This is the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I heard about this from my friend Cindy at organic tanning. I contacted Blake and immediately he started working for me. Just a few conversations and a brand new, Limited addition BMW was delivered to my home. I did not have to have any conversations with a dealership or have any stress in regards to purchasing a car. I will never buy a car without using below invoice. I will tell everybody about this company and how wonderful Blake was. Thank you so much Blake! read more

Below Invoice is awesome. This is the 2nd time I have used them and both times, the process was super easy. Blake was responsive, honest and up front about everything and I was very happy when my brand new BMW 530e was delivered today. 5 Stars! read more

If I could give negative stars I would! Awful experience with a new employee named Cable. It seems Cole the owner doesn't train or monitor new hires very well! Cable apparently quit or stopped taking calls once he completely botched my transaction. Then enters Cole who performed meakly better then his new hire. Cole complained to me he was being sabatoged by his new employee but would try to right the wrong. He completely failed. He did not put hardly any effort into bettering an awful situation. I was so irritated at the end of this complete waste of time I just hung up on Cole...End of story and I never heard from him again. Definitely not the happily ever after you see in all their other gleaming reviews? I guess I was just the unlucky one. The only thing I recommend in regards to below invoice is to stay away! read more

With the stress of a sudden move to Arizona, Below Invoice took care of everything when it came to tinting my windows before the desert sun could claim my new interior. I called Blake in the morning and they were able to fit my car in the last spot of the day. I can't thank Chris and Cole enough for spending the extra time to make sure every detail was perfect. Thank you guys for making this move a little less stressful on my psyche and a lot less damaging on my car! read more

As someone that knows nothing about buying cars I always felt like I was getting hosed every time I bought a car. I decided to lease a new car and thought there was not any negotiating involved but Blake proved me wrong by getting me the same exact car for approx. $100 less per month than a quote. I so happy and will be using Blake every time in the future. Highly recommend working with him. read more

Highly recommended if you don't want to waste time and listen all bullshit at dealership. This is my first time to lease car and i have no idea how to start it. The price i got from dealership in Norcal made me feel i am so far away from my dream but Derek made my dream came true. I live in Norcal but flew down to LA to pick up my car from Derek because he found the amazing price of my BMW 330I and with perfect package (the options i want and the options i don't want- dealership only wanted to sell their inventory and don't really care about what I like) for me within a week. (Derek told me this car took him longer than other cars to find because i am a bit picky and the combination of those options is rare. LOL). Derek is a very knowledgeable car broker about lease/purchase car and never give pressure to impact your own decision. I got Good deal and Good service from him. read more

I highly recommend calling Derek before stepping into the dealership. He is professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He helped me finding my Lexus 200t with a incredible price. I checked several dealership in Vegas since I live there. My experience with dealership was painful. It took me long hours stuck there and the price is still over my budget. A friend who lives in LA referred me to Derek. After we sent the message back and forth for couple hours. He was able to find the car with the color and package I want and the best offer. I decided to fly to LA to buy/lease my new car. Derek made the whole process so easy and fast. After I submitted everything on Thursday, I was able to fly out on Friday night after work and pick up my car on Saturday morning. I've been telling family and friends about my great experience with Derek and below invoice. I'm looking forward to work with them when I get a new car next time. read more

I never thought car shopping could be an enjoyable experience. But Blake made it a breeze! Both leases on our cars were coming up at the same time and we needed to replace them. We did some test driving and found the ones we wanted. We contacted Blake (who actually answers his phone and returns texts immediately) and within in a day or two we had the exact car we wanted at a great price! In fact, with one of our initially selections Blake suggested that we look at another car because that particular maker was not going to give any concessions. With Blake's experience and extensive contacts he got us an even better car at a great deal! We can't recommend enough! He was professional, courteous and great to work with! read more

You know I love this place when I'm going for the 4th time trying to write a review. (I'm Yelp challenged ) Blake Williams took a typically painful task and turned it into a piece of cake. He handled all the grimy aspects of car purchasing/leasing and left me with a few signatures and a new car! I will be using him for ALL future car needs! Thanks Blake! read more

Blake at Below Invoice made buying our car so positive. We were able to get exactly what we wanted and Blake negotiated an awesome deal for us. All pricing is very transparent, down to the taxes and fees, so there are no last-minute Finance Office shenanigans you get at a dealership. Through texts and emails, we were able to get all of the pricing and decide on the best option. Blake helped price out the difference between what we'd get with a lease and with a purchase and found us a better interest rate than our bank offered. A specialist drove our beautiful new car to our house, showed us all of the cool new features and handed us the keys! Thanks, Blake! read more

Cole was AWESOME! He made the entire car buying experience seamless. He even made a recommendation of how to sell our other car and we were able to get $6k more than anyone else offered us until that point. Thanks! read more

Blake!!!!! Super friendly, really convenient and fast service. Blake got me in a car that I really wanted with a great deal in only 2 days. I was pretty picky on the exact model and features I wanted and he went out of his way to find the exact one in a LA county ( I live in south OC ) and delivered it straight to my work and just had to sign a couple of papers and it was over. Thanks again Blake!!! Will be buying all of my cars from him from now on and recommend every one to him. read more

Everyone pay attn!!! I love going to dealerships and negotiating, call me crazy but I love to deal, I'm in sales so what can I say. But I was leasing a car to surprise my wife for xmas and spent mucho time with 3 dealerships and had zero success due to the car I wanted to lease. Apparently theyre in high demand, so they were stubborn as heck and I had no leverage. I called Bellow Invoice and spoke with Kohl. After 3 minutes of his time explaining what I wanted he went to work and literally in 30mins he called me back, got the car I wanted with every option, saved me $250 per month, on the same term, on a more equipped SUV, and delivered it to my door, saving me 3hrs in a dealership!!! People, it took 15mins signing paper work and no pressure to upgrade with warranties and other stupid non necessary options. He is no joke. I cannot speak highly enough of how much time and money he saved me, sold for life. Thank you Kohl!!!! read more

Definitely one of the best experiences of leasing a new car. Derek helped me find an amazing deal on a brand new Audi S3 within a day of me reaching out to him. I don't think there's any way for me to find a better deal from a dealership. I got the car for a lot below what I was quoted at a dealership. Derek was professional, efficient and treated me like family. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a brand in their portfolio to go to them to buy/lease a new car. Derek made me feel like he really just wanted to find me the best vehicle at the best price. Thanks again Derek! read more

I have car buying phobia. If that is a thing, Cole was the solution. Cole is quick, efficient and personable. It has been 6 months since he helped me lease a Lexus IS 300 F Sport and I still smile when I think of the ease of the experience. I never walked into a dealership and my car was delivered to my home, where I signed the paperwork. Very happy. read more

While searching for a new car, I ran across Cole and Below Invoice. From the very first phone call, he was going above and beyond for me tracking down the exact car I was looking for.. Not only did he save me over $10,000 over the competitors in Las Vegas, but he personally negotiated every term I was looking for.. We drove down to California and picked up the car at his office. There were no sneaky sales pitches, no hidden cost, just the most upfront, honest and amazing sales experience ever. He definitely earned mine and my families business from now on.. read more

I was in the market for a new car. My goal was to sell my 2008 Honda Civic for as much as possible and then put it toward my new car and I had no idea where to start. Car buying is pretty intimidating, and nobody has the time for the drama of dealing with a sales person. Also, going from dealership to dealership was taking a toll on me, it felt like a part time job, not to mention the amount of emails, texts, & phone calls from sales people after visiting giving me an even better deal then what they swore was the "last offer" when I was at the dealership. FINALLY, after an exhaustive search I found these guys and the YELP reviews motivated me to use them. It wasn't an easy trust since I'd already been dealing with car salesmen (yes they were all men) that had been less than honest or forthright. When I spoke to Blake, he assured me that I wasn't paying a dime for their service. He asked me what I was looking for, and got back to me within a couple of days with car options - lower than what I had been getting. I changed my mind on a few things here and there, and he was very accommodating. He also had me take my car to CARMAX for an appraisal and told me that he would get me $500 more than the appraisal amount. So we finally agreed on a car/price and then I took my car to meet his guy that would buy it from me for the higher value. What I didn't know was that I should have reported any dents and scrapes, or any body work done to the car (total novice here). So the guy buying my car wouldn't offer me the agreed upon $500 as he said the car didn't appear in person as it did on photos - fair enough - I just wish I had thought of that before setting my expectations on the amount. Perhaps, next time these guys negotiate a car sale they can tell their clients that - simple oversight so no big deal. I did end up getting a bit more than CARMAX quoted for my car though - and the guy came and picked it up from me while I was out, and drove me home (great service). The next day Blake had my car delivered to my house by the Keyes Lexus car dealership sales person. Here is where I do wish a couple of things happened -they are PETTY but I feel led to share: 1. I wish I had known that the sales guy was going to put 87 miles on my car driving it to me from Keyes Lexus - just something about driving a car off the lot with less than 10 miles 2. I wish Blake was present when I signed the paperwork to ensure all was legit - as I didn't know the sales person at all and I have no idea what this guy is having me sign given the paperwork is EXTENSIVE. The Keyes sales guy even asked Blake if he wanted to go over the financials with me but he declined saying the sales guy was ok to do it, and then he went outside. GOOD NEWS - the paper work was fine I guess I just needed a bit of reassurance as it was a big purchase for me I am still giving these guys a 5 because they handled the most important things - getting me my car within my budget, below invoice for sure, getting me more money for my Honda, and not charging me a rate. These are good, salt of the earth guys, and I trust them. If you're looking for a car and don't want to deal with the hassle, work with them - they are GREAT! read more

Blake was great to work with! Within 20 mins of our first initial phone call he sent me multiple options of the car I wanted. With details of what my payments would be; lease vs buying and explained everything very well as I was a first time car buyer. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend Below Invoice to anyone in search of a new vehicle! read more
