It was my first time buying a car through a broker. We have a broker that the family has been using for awhile, but after the initial consultation, they never got back. So after much research, I found Below Invoice. Blake was always quick to reply and answer all my questions. The only challenge was waiting for the car company to have the car delivered to the dealership which was not the responsibility of Below Invoice. When the car did get delivered, everything moved fast. I sold my car and got my car in two days although it was a busy Thanksgiving week. Not knowing the process of buying a car through a broker, I had many questions. I am sure anyone would have gotten pretty irritated with all the questions, but Blake answered them with much patience. (^^*) Thank you Blake! As I know the whole process now, next time I buy our next car through Below Invoice, I won't have as many questions. I love the car and thank you again! read more

We were looking for an easy, no-hassle experience and that was exactly what we got. Blake was responsive and a pleasure to work with. In addition, it was reassuring to know we got a fair deal in such an unusual market with limited inventory. read more

We decided to replace our faithful and comfortable 12 year old Lexus RX SUV with a new one: this one being a 2020 RX 350 loaded with 10 different safety features that didn't exist 12 years ago...e.g. blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic braking, parking assist, pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, dynamic radar cruise control, lane departure alert with steering assist, etc. etc. We got just what we wanted--all the newest safety features, numerous comfort features (even seats that can be heated or cooled as needed!) a great sound system, bright and easy to use navigation system and screen, all of this on the SUV that had the precise colors we wanted: bright metallic red exterior and light "parchment" colored interior. On the strength of all the 5 star reviews on Yelp, I contacted "below invoice" and obtained a "buyer" named Blake, who for a tiny fee, did all the work (searching dealers all around southern California) in finding exactly what we wanted, negotiating the best deal for us (guaranteed "below invoice") and arranging for all the paperwork to be done for us (without us having to step foot in a dealer showroom to spend hours of stressful negotiating and waiting to finalize paperwork and prepare the car for us) . I contacted Blake by phone for the first time yesterday morning (Monday Dec. 30th) with all the details of what we wanted, and--- presto!-- he had the car of our dreams delivered to our front door the next day before 4pm on Wed. Dec. 31st! The car and the paperwork were all ready (just awaiting my signatures and a downpayment check). The rep. from the dealer who delivered it took time to explain all the car's features and answered all my questions with out rushing me. I'm sure that us getting it on the last day of the year helped us get a great deal, but there is no way I could have got the savings I did if I had been on my own. And on top of the best imaginable deal that I got, we were able to enjoy a stress free New Year's Eve day thanks to the great service we got from Blake at "Below Invoice," for whom I am happy to add my own 5 star review. read more

So got referred by a friend that worked with Cole. I told him I was in the market for a new car. I've never bought a car from a broker before, but since I'm so busy with work , convenience is more important. I wanted a Black 2015 Audi S4 in manual (which is very hard to find). There was only 3 in the entire state of CA. He tracked one down within 2hrs and it was the one with the most options too. Cole dealt the car down almost $5000 from MSRP and on top of that got me $1500 rebate for being a current Audi owner. We discussed number via TEXT and he locked me in on a fantastic monthly payment exactly within my budget. Then Cole delivers the car the next day STRAIGHT TO MY DRIVEWAY. WOW, talk about great service! This has got to be the easiest most relaxed car purchase I've ever done. Definitely will recommend Cole to family and friends and will be going through Cole from now on for all my new car purchases! read more

I heard about "auto brokers" from my friends in the past; however, I always bought my car through the dealerships. I thought I got pretty good deals in the past but after working with Cole for my current car, I think the dealership hustled me. :( I found below invoice either through Google or Yelp and decided to reach out to him. Cole will do all the work as long as you tell him what kind of car you want, color, options, and downpayment. He will hustle for you and give you the best deal. (no lie) I already told one of my peers about him and gave her his contact. No more dealing with uncomfortable salesmen at the dealership and wasting your days. If your busy, this option is the best. Cole is friendly and approachable. Def not your typical, old salesmen. Haha... :) Service: 5/5 read more

Hands down the best car purchasing experience I have ever had! Cole was wonderful. Thoughtful, attended and anticipated all my needs, and was one of the best communicators I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Cole has a lot of experience and will ONLY buy cars from Below Invoice from now on. His "white glove" service will stay with me as he has set the bar so high with customer service that I couldn't imagine of walking into a dealership. I look forward to doing business with Below Invoice in the future. DRIVE ONWARD! read more

Cole was incredible. Such great customer service. I was shopping around, and had asked for quotes from several local dealers. I love the tint on my CLA250! I called Cole at around 8:30 Saturday morning, and he was able to take my car in an hour later. He was very nice and reassured me that they would do an excellent job. He was right about that! There was no drinking water at the shop, however Cole was kind enough to get some water bottles for my boyfriend and I while we were waiting. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you, Cole! read more

Buying or leasing a car at a dealership usually sucks. Shopping the deal you want is a blood-sucking ordeal. I'm not going for anything less (or more) than what I want, so don't make me sit through a 6 hour hide-the-peanut game before you give it to me. I'm not doing it. After that, completing the actual transaction at a dealership usually takes another 2 hours of your life you'll never get back. I hate the tug of war negotiation game at dealerships and I'm happy to say I never have to do it again. Cole is effing amazing, folks. No joke, like scary-good. Transparency is the holy grail of car salesmanship, and this guy has figured that out. No nonsense, no drama, no lollygagging. Just the car you want, numbers you want to hear and a straightforward, professional attitude. Cole delivered a sweet deal on a new 435 Gran Coupe to my driveway within 2 hours of my giving the green light. Signed papers and off you go in 15 minutes flat. This is the way successful people do business! Thank you Cole and team---positively AMAZED at this game-changing service!! read more

Here is the short version: if you're looking to lease/buy a car on a good deal, and you don't want to deal with the hassle of actually going through the circus acts that you may encounter along the way, work with Cole and Below Invoice! I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with the experience and outcome. Long version: I've leased my last 3 vehicles. What I've typically done is that I did my research, found the best prices and then emailed / called a bunch of dealers and put them through a competitive process for my business. I've always been pretty happy with the deals I've gotten in the past. This time around (my 4th lease), I've decided to try a broker. It's mostly because I've gotten a bit lazy in my older age and I've got a pretty good idea of what kind of car I wanted. I reached out to 3 brokers, including Cole. The first came back with a quote that turned out to be a complete bait and switch from his original advertisement. That didn't surprise me, because I was pretty skeptical about using a broker in the beginning anyways. The second didn't do anything that I asked for in terms of finding the specific combination of packages that I wanted. It was just a boiler-plate quote he tossed my way. Completely lazy. Finally, Cole's quote, which also happened to be the fastest initial response I had received, was exactly what I was looking for in terms of the vehicle, and included a clear break down of all costs, etc. After an initial phone conversation I was pretty convinced that Cole is an honest and upfront guy who actually cares about and knows the meaning of customer service. After all, apart from wanting a great deal, a main reason for using brokers is to get some value-added service right? Throughout the process Cole remained very responsive, explained all of my questions honestly. Instead of rushing to close the deal on my end, he really took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with the final numbers. He wiggled in the gray areas where he could with the dealers to secure additional incentives for me, and pushed to get the deal done quickly on the dealer-end. Furthermore, the car was delivered to my doorsteps and I never had to set foot inside a dealership. Obviously I've been very happy with the final deal, the service and the overall experience. I'll be referring future businesses to Cole & Below Invoice. Give them a try! read more

Blake and team were so thorough and responsive through the entire process. I was introduced to Below Invoice as a referral from a friend that also was quite pleased with their service. I don't have a lot of time and am not fond of spending hours at dealers. The process was quite simple and easy with little paperwork. Would definitely use their services again. read more

So I loved my car and did not want another one. But I know I needed one because I had a new baby and a 2 door BMW coupe was just not going to cut it anymore. I knew Blake from a previous job and always thought of him as such a nice guy. Well he carried through with that opinion as well as getting me a beautiful new car! Him and his partner Cole really achieved my goals with a new car. I wanted something that looked good, was comparison in speed and luxury to my BMW and they delivered. I will never go to a dealership again for a new car. I'll go through them because I got an amazing deal in addition to the best car ever! I highly recommend using them, you will save money and time. We went to a dealership and asked for pricing and Below Invoice beat them by $100 a month! That's a big difference every month! Give them a try, you will be pleasantly surprised at the ease of getting new car. read more

I found their ad on Craigslist about being able to lease a 2015 Ct200h for far less a month then what the dealer had quoted me, so I decided to give them a call. Not only was Cole very helpful and informative over the phone, he was always very quick to reply to text even with the long list of questions I had for him. He not only found me the exact car I wanted (2015 Ultra White Ct200h F-sport) but he got it for me with less money out of pocket at a monthly cost that was cheaper than my 2013 Kia Optima I was already leasing. I then called a Lexus dealership and even tried to see if they could match his numbers, and they said I was making the numbers up and that there was no way I was getting it that cheap. I will never go to a dealership again as long as Cole and myself are alive and I will always refer him business. Keep up the good work man and thank you for this awesome experience!!!!! I love getting a new car, but HATE car dealerships. I tried over and over to text and email so I could just show up and purchase- but every time I was getting the good ole bait and switch. I found Below Invoice on instagram. I emailed them and started working with Blake. He was amazing. He took care of everything. It made me feel like we had a friend on the inside. I was referred by a friend to Below Invoice. Not gonna lie... At first my wife & I were unsure because it just sounded wayy to easy and no car shopping is that easy!! Going back and forth with 4 different dealerships and went no where. So after 2 weeks of getting played by these punks, I decided to give Below Invoice a call. Cole is the man you need to see! I told him what I'm looking for and in less then an hour he found it. He brought me 2 options and all we did was pick one. All the numbers that Cole brings to you are legit. No hidden fees and no hidden agendas. What he say is what we closed with. We did everything through phone & email. Which I was kinda iffy about to because of all the sensitive information being passed. Cole was professional and very responsive so it made us feel more at ease through this whole process. I didn't even have to leave work for anything and Cole even got Lexus to deliver the car to my place on their day off. The car arrived, I signed the docs needed, put my down payment and got the keys! The new Lexus CT F Sport is awesome! Wife & I cannot be happier!! Thanks to the crew at Below Invoice and Cole you're the man! I always thought car brokers dealt with exotics or rare cars so I was skeptical of what they actually did. Ran across these reviews months ago and brushed it off. Then while weighing my options for a new car, I found an ad with numbers that caught my attention and recognized "Below Invoice" so decided to reach out to them. I'm so glad I did and all the reviews they receive are well deserved! Long story short, other than my first car lease I ever "negotiated" (fool me twice, shame on me right?) I got pretty savvy with research and standing my ground so I'm not afraid to take on salesmen. However, those were times I've always had the upper hand in all aspects of the deal. With one possible drawback on my side, I figured it couldn't hurt to see what these guys came up with. I did my own number crunching based on figures they provided and any skepticism I had regarding whose side these guys worked for disappeared - Johnny and Cole not only overcame challenges but they exceeded my expectations. Johnny - thanks for the awesome communication and Cole - thank you for wrapping everything up so neat and tidy and to both for making delivery and signing off so effortless! This is one business I hope stays around forever read more
