Figured I would go here as I looked up IN NETWORK providers in my area. None of what this place does is transparent. I asked for a simple updated Rx for my glasses and contacts. They scammed me into taking pupil dilation (which i told them I didnt want) only to turn around and make up some fake story about how I "might" have Astigmatism. Only to put me in trial contacts fit for Astigmatism and THEY HURT MY EYES. Clearly meaning I do not have astigmatism. LIES LIES and more LIES. So what should have been a $15 visit ended up being a $140 visit because they decided to code the charges as if I have astigmatism so they could say "look we put him in the fancy contact lenses, he just didnt like them." Oh and to top it all off, the script they gave me when I left was incomplete so when i went to order contacts at Costco a week later, they wouldnt complete the order because there was missing information. And doctors wonder why no one trusts them anymore after Covid...this is why!! Read the room Doc, maybe try giving a shit about your patients for once and not treating people like cattle you shuffle through your door so you can buy another beach house.

Front end office staff is caring, compassionate and efficient. Audiologist and Nursing staff are incredibly caring, kind and take the time to listen to patients in a nonjudgmental way. Nonetheless, the "Rock Star" of this operation is Otolaryngologist - Christopher L. Tebbit, MD. Dr. Tebbit is truly exceptional and has a bedside manner of the highest level. Another eye doctor that I later saw in Charlotte failed to diagnose it, and when I brought up the earlier diagnosis, dismissed my concerns. Dr. David Au correctly diagnosed my astigmatism - there was a noticeable difference between the normal and astigmatism lens - and I'm glad to be finally able to get the lens I need. Dr. Au answered all my questions and showed me a protocol for referring contact lens prescriptions - quite refreshing compared to other eye docs I've seen that were less transparent and steered me towards one particular brand (that I wonder if they were receiving some form of kickbacks on).
