We love the creativity that Bellwether puts into their beers. You can always count on them for unique and flavorful options. They now offer food options in the form of MaryLou's Gourmet Paninis. The menu has starters, sandwiches, salads, etc. Great pairing! We had the "Drew" and the "VIPP"; both perfectly cheesy.

What a nice place. Great atmosphere, great bartender and intimate enough that you can hang out and chat. I will definitely be back.

My friends and family hosted my 30th birthday here! Oh my goodness. First I have never had a party thrown for me and this place was perfect, and it was POPPIN'. Dirty Thirty at Bellwether plzzzzz. Anyway the owners of this spot are so rad. They booked the space to my husband and my friends after a couple different missed dates and it was awesome. The architecture of the building and the cool banquet space was set up so perfectly. I had about 40 to 50 people ebb and flow throughout the night and that was dope. The bartender kept the drinks flowing. Now I had beer lovers in my party and they loved the beer but there were quite a few of us that don't drink beer - so we went with this gorgeous pink grapefruit cider and it was so fun to see all these pink drinks around my pink party. Also pro tip - don't have hard liquor at your birthday party because this set up let us let loose without being messy, you know cause' we're 30 now. Overall, awesome space - we brought our own food and a lot of it. The party was so good and coming here when it is summer season, that patio is fun too. Enjoy!

Great choices on draft, especially the Seawolf. The space was welcoming, the counter was well organized, and the beertender was friendly and knowledgeable.

A group of us stopped into Bellweather as part of our Brewery tour. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. There is a small outdoor seating area to enjoy on warm days. Indoors has plenty of seating. Bellweather offers wine for non-beer drinkers. Light bites can be ordered to pair with ones beer. My wife had a Cochinito amber for $6 and I had a Golden Nuggz IPA for $6. Neither of us were impressed with our beer choices. Bellweather showcases different but interesting drawings on their walls. These drawings were the highlight of my stop into Bellweather. Bellweather looks and feels unfinished. Staff was friendly enough. Overall, I'm glad that we had the chance to experience this brewery one time.

I'm torn. Really good sour beers, but crappy service. Interesting, adventurous, taplist. Bartender and bar back too busy talking to people to serve customers and taking orders from people who hadn't been waiting before people who had been waiting a long time to get any service. Had to pay my tab and get out rather than get another round it was so bad. Good snacks with good service available to soak up your beer. Probably worth another visit and good at other times to try their other beers.

Diversified lineup of some of the best beers we've ever tasted. Just Wow! Dog friendly on both front and back patio. If you are a beer geek, this place is a must visit. BTW, the Rowan Oak is a "sour" that IPA folks should try. Think full bodied, and at the same time, tart. Really complex.

I really wanted to love this place. It's cozy and staffed by people who obviously love their beer. But the beer left little impression on me. I did a flight and only liked two of the five, actively disliking at least one. The Dew of the Sea was popular among those I talked to, and I thought it was average. Honestly, everything about this place was ok, but just that. It's a totally ok place.

This place is amazing. Great beer! Cool environment. Art done by local artists. The staff is knowledgeable and personable. A staple in the local beer community and a "must-do" when visiting the area.

    Yummy flight!

I ordered the Fig Sandwich and the Fancy Pants Sando because I could not decide between the two as they both sounded very unique in different ways. I called the place up and arranged to come pick the food up. The person on the phone was very thoughtful in keeping in mind at what time I would arrive so he could arrange for the sandwich to be toasted at the right time. I appreciate small details like that. When I arrived, I noticed there were several tables and a bar where you can essentially get brews and food. I noticed they had several beers on tap which I was very curious about, but unfortunately did not have time to sit down and eat at this establishment. The person at the bar was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. The two sandwiches came up to $40ish. I brought the sandwiches home and first tried a few bites of the Fancy Pants Sando. I will have to say it was the better of the two sandwiches. I appreciated the goat cheese in the sandwich and the mix of different ingredients, but it was not something I would consider to be a great sandwich, at least not for me. Others might find it pleasant, but I did not care for it much. The fig sandwich was the one I was more excited about and expected some sweetness to be cut down by the bacon. I don't think it was a perfect balance between the two, and I got a tad much of the overwhelming sweetness of the figs in this sandwich. Again, others might enjoy it, but I didn't care for it. I really wanted to give this place a great review, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The beer looks fun though and might be a good reason to give this place a try, and you may enjoy their sandwiches and many people have. For me, that's a no-go.
