The wonderful Frilly Toothpicks Gose!
Alden C.

Hat Trick Brewing is a new brewery that has opened up in Spokane. I had two different beers here that I liked enormously during my visit here. The first beer I liked a lot was the Frilly Toothpicks, a Gose style beer. Flavor features with this beer are tart, sour, lemony and crisp. One of the best Gose beers I have had recently. I then got the Gander and Rye, a rye porter with honey malt and rye. The rye has a subtle kick while the honey mellows it out with some natural sweetness. Two really good beers and Hat Trick has easily won me over with the two I had. I would love to try more when the opportunity arises again !

Hat Trick is the best soccer pub in Spokane! Great food, great beer, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff. Early hours on match days.

Was driving through on a road trip and was craving some good food and boy did we find the right…read morespot! The staff/bartender was extremely friendly and informative. I ordered a turkey sandwich and soup - which were both delicious. The space inside is pretty big with plenty of seating. They have an assortment of food and beers so there is something for everyone. They also have a small selection of card and board games. And lastly! Their bathroom was very clean. 100% would recommend to stop by. I am sure this is a great place to hangout after work, but also a great brunch spot.

Very clean interior with a nice setup for different party-types. I had the banh mi burrito and he had the daily special burrito. It was a spicy bbq chicken burrito (of some sort: sorry didn't catch exactly what it was). My banh mi burrito was excellent! Just so good. The flavors mingled in the burrito perfectly. A little pricey but it was huge. We both had root beers. They were ok. They were prepared with their nice sparkling water but used Torani syrup to flavor it. I was hoping for a true brewed root beer. The staff was friendly and kept us apprised of the status of our food preparation. Great place. I'll return next time I'm in town.

I was recommended to try this place by a co-worker and decided to order two of their sandwiches…read morewhich was talked up by several reviews here on Yelp. I ordered the Fig Sandwich and the Fancy Pants Sando because I could not decide between the two as they both sounded very unique in different ways. I called the place up and arranged to come pick the food up. The person on the phone was very thoughtful in keeping in mind at what time I would arrive so he could arrange for the sandwich to be toasted at the right time. I appreciate small details like that. When I arrived, I noticed there were several tables and a bar where you can essentially get brews and food. I noticed they had several beers on tap which I was very curious about, but unfortunately did not have time to sit down and eat at this establishment. The person at the bar was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. The two sandwiches came up to $40ish. I brought the sandwiches home and first tried a few bites of the Fancy Pants Sando. I will have to say it was the better of the two sandwiches. I appreciated the goat cheese in the sandwich and the mix of different ingredients, but it was not something I would consider to be a great sandwich, at least not for me. Others might find it pleasant, but I did not care for it much. The fig sandwich was the one I was more excited about and expected some sweetness to be cut down by the bacon. I don't think it was a perfect balance between the two, and I got a tad much of the overwhelming sweetness of the figs in this sandwich. Again, others might enjoy it, but I didn't care for it. I really wanted to give this place a great review, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The beer looks fun though and might be a good reason to give this place a try, and you may enjoy their sandwiches and many people have. For me, that's a no-go.
