Perry district and a little baby crow told me that the Perry Street Brewing burger was a delight. As an avid fan of their brewery i thought to myself have i ever had a burger there? Well the answer embarrassed me so i once again find myself trying a new to me burger from a beloved neighborhood establishment that i have up until today only admired for their award winning ice cold beverages. Well i cant make up for lost time but i can make sure nobody else makes the mistake of not having their burgers or any of the amazing menu of things i witnessed them slaying out from their little kitchen that could or can or could whatever they say. The burger comes stacked with bacon and cheese and a fresh medley of greens. You also get a choice of sauces from a traditional burger sauce to honey jalapeño mayo. All the flavors work well together and the honey jalapeño mayo just might be the best kept secret in Spokanes sauce game.

The food was awesome - some of the best nachos I've had, and the captain bowl was really good + tons of other options. The server we had was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations. MAD COW REVIEWS: 45 DEGREES…read more Listen up, herd. Mad Cow has wandered into 45 Degrees in Spokane Valley multiple times now, and I feel obligated to report my findings: This place is udderly fantastic. Yes, I know I'm a bull. No, I don't have udders. Don't ruin the joke. 45 Degrees is one of those hidden little Spokane Valley watering holes that you almost don't want to tell people about because then everybody will show up and take your favorite spot at the trough. But I'm telling you anyway. THE BEER: Fabulous. They craft their own beer, and you can tell somebody actually gives a damn about what's going into the glass. There's attention to detail here. This isn't "pour something fizzy in a pint glass and slap a clever name on it" beer. Mad Cow takes his grazing seriously. He takes his beer even more seriously. THE OWNER: Incredible host. Every time I've been in, I've felt welcomed. He's friendly, involved, and clearly cares about the people walking through his door. That's becoming increasingly rare, and it's a big part of what makes this place work. THE FOOD: Yep, there's grub. They have appetizers, they're actually GOOD, and they pair perfectly with sitting around having a beer and absolutely nowhere important to be for the next hour. But here's what I like most about 45 Degrees: The herd. The people I've met here are just good people. It's mellow. It's fun. It's welcoming. Nobody seems particularly interested in who you are, what you do, or whether you arrived in a $90,000 truck or rode in on a tractor. Pull up a chair. Have a beer. Join the herd. That's the vibe. It's tucked a little out of the way, which is probably why more people don't know about it yet. Personally, I think Spokane Valley needs to fix that. So Mad Cow is officially letting the secret out of the barn: Go find 45 Degrees. Have an appetizer. Try the beer. Meet the owner. Talk to the people sitting next to you. Just don't take Mad Cow's seat. There WILL be a stampede. MAD COW RATING: 5 HOOVES UP. Yes, cows only have four. It's that good.

Just a follow up on my last review -…read more I asked the bartender what makes 45 Degree Brewhouse so special? He said everyone loves the pretzel and the people mentioned the restroom is pretty cool. I'm not showing you a picture of a restroom so I'll show you a picture of the pretzel. It's pretty awesome and enormous!!

The food was absolutely fantastic. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, with a soft, fresh bun that held everything together beautifully. Every bite was delicious. The sweet potato fries stood out as some of the best I've had--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned just right. The ranch was thick, creamy, and so good I ended up dipping everything in it. Portions were generous, the food came out hot, and there wasn't a single thing on the plate I didn't enjoy. It was one of those meals where you're already thinking about what you'll order next time before you've even left. To go with the meal, the beer selection was solid with a nice range of options, from easy-drinking choices to more flavorful craft pours. Everything felt thoughtfully made, and the staff added to the experience by being friendly, attentive, and easygoing without being intrusive. Overall, it's a great local spot with excellent food, great drinks, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again.
