She makes sure she understands what you want and educates you on the process (translate: don't expect to go from dark brown hair to light/pastel color in one visit). Wow you guys!!! The employees who work here are phenomenal! They're so kind and truly take the time to answer all of your questions and schedule you an appointment with stylists that work there (based on what it is you want to do to your hair). The stylists each have an Instagram so you can see the awesome job they do on their clients. I went to Bello Salon for the first time today to get my lashes lifted and brows waxed & tinted. I was referred over by 2 ladies on FB that had their lashes done there. Gloria is a total sweat heart and goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with the final product. My lashes are VERY STRAIGHT. They have no curl at all. So it took 3 tries to get them to curl. Which means 3 rounds of glue and product which is probably why I had so much glue left over on my lids and lashes. Gloria tried to wipe as much as she could off but when I got home I noticed that I had a layer of glue on my lids still and on my lower lashes and top lashes. It was rather painful to remove the glue as it had dried. I also ended up ripping out several of my lashes trying to take the glue out. If it weren't for this little situation, I would have given 5 stars. read more

Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she recommended Lili. So happy with how my haircut turned out. When I walked into the salon the stylists were very friendly and the salon was well lit with natural lighting and the decor is so cute and chic. I love my haircut! My biggest regret my wedding day was getting my hair and makeup done at this salon. I felt like it was a waste of time, I could have been doing something else. I feel kind of bad saying that and writing this review but it truth it ended up being more of an inconvenience then anything else. I am a very type A person, plan every detail. I had found pictures of the hairstyle I wanted and actually had a makeup chart for the look I liked. I brought both to this salon prior to my wedding about a month and we were supposed to go over what I wanted. My hairstylist did spend time trying to figure out how to create the look, but couldn't get it right by the time she had booked another appointment after me. She assured me she would work on it and figure out by the time of the wedding, but since I lived out of state it wasn't feasible for me to get back before the wedding to make sure. It was obvious she put a lot of effort into getting it right and practiced, but my hair in the end left a little to be desired. The makeup artist I had, even though I had made time in my day to consult with her as well a month before she couldn't really be bothered. I handed her the makeup chart hoping she would at least do some of the look for me, but instead all she did was figure out what powder and blush colors to use on me. She didn't do my eyes or anything. I was assured by the hair stylist she knew what she was doing, and I left a little disappointed as well. Despite my better judgment because of lack of time and options I decided to complete my transaction at this place the day of my wedding and like I said all I have is regret. My hair was okay, but it was falling out of my up do shortly after it was done, about an hour or so. My makeup was horrendous. I looked like a prostitute, and I had brought my own colors in with the makeup chart, the artist totally tore up my supplies, digging them out of the containers and using way more than necessary. I actually had to wash my face and re-do my makeup myself a half an hour before my wedding was going to start. You are probably wondering why I just hadn't done it myself in the first place at this point; I really wanted to avoid it because I don't wear makeup often and have so little experience... I wanted a professional; instead I ended up looking like a professional street walker. In the end the only reason I am giving this place two stars and not one is because I feel the hairstylist really made a solid effort to give me what I wanted. The prices at this salon were on par with what you would pay at the typical place. Usually they aren't open on Sunday, so the day they were there to do my hair and makeup I could tell they didn't really want to be at all. read more

If I could give this place a negative rating I would!! I scheduled an online appointment for Saturday. The salon called me to double-check the service. We rescheduled the time because despite having selected my service in the booking system they didn't know what I wanted. Then we show up and they have us down for the wrong appointment (cut instead of color) and can't take us. No recommendations, no changes, no conciliations for them screwing up. The only offer they gave us was to come back on Wednesday. Regina kept saying to us "they have you down for a cut" I told her that wouldn't work because my daughter didn't need a cut. We were the only people in the salon - so I'm not sure why it was an issue. It was handled very unprofessionally. There wasn't even an apology for their mistake. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. They can't use their online system ,to someone doesn't know how to make appointments and overall the customer experience let me with a horrible impression. read more

This place is amazing. Worth every penny!!! The staff was warm and professional when I walked in. I have never met a more professional staff. The salon is LUXURIOUS, clean, roomy, air conditioned, and smells fantastic. It does not have a chemical smell at all!! Yessie Solis was my hair stylist. She did a phenomenal job. I'm not very familiar with hair styles, cut or color. Yessie was patient with me and didn't judge my lack of knowledge with terms or styles. She showed me so many color options and took her time to walk me through EVERYTHING. Because of her patience, I didn't feel pressured to choose a color. Yessie also has a super gentle touch. When she washed my hair, it was a straight up massage like I was at a massage parlor! Super cool. When she cut my hair, she checked in with me constantly to make sure I felt great about how much I wanted cut off. This made me feel confident in chopping off 3 inches of my hair. This was my first time here and my stylist was called Amber. She was super friendly and she helped me create the perfect hairstyle. I usually get cheap haircuts from an Asian hair salon because my hair grows too fast sometimes, but I can say that this trip was worth it. I didn't know what kind of hair I was going for so Amber guided me, asking questions about my preferences and had a nice conversation.
