Ingrid is a rock star!!! I wanted to switch things up, and after watching the new season of Stranger Things I noticed everyone had bangs. I've been so afraid of getting/having bangs for the longest time, but I realized how attractive they look and I finally went in to get them... This was my first time at this salon. It's been a long time since I've been to a salon, and what a fantastic experience it was. Spent three hours with Claudia as she colored and cut my hair. I love the outcome. It was quite a bit more money than I expected, but it will not deter me from coming again and getting my hair colored and cut. I was pampered and cared for. Went in asking for layers with fringe bangs came out with a mullet.... She ended up cutting at least half my hair off and not one single layer is on my head. i had to come home and trim my own bangs because they still dangled down over my eyes. She spent the entire time focused on blowdrying and styling instead of perfecting the haircut itself. I think she realized once everything was blow dried it still looked awful so she thought fixing it with curls was going to somehow make up for ruing my hair. I have been coming here with my husband a critic of salons, started to join me too for +2yrs now. My favourite hair stylist is Christy Moore. She is extreamly amazing and a perfectionist, and you would never be disappointed. She will take her time to really get to know you and what you like, and then some how manage to remember everything. Stellar experience with Michele! She took the time to really understand what I wanted and was so accommodating even when I changed my mind and wanted to add bangs. Everyone there was super friendly and I love the snack bar. What I liked best is that Michele taught me how to simply style my cut (while taking into account my request for low-maintenance) so it can always look great! I drive here from Pasadena every five weeks. It's worth it. The salon is gorgeous, everyone who works here is amazing at what they do. I always feel like they're happy to see me, and I always leave feeling beautiful. I'm the sort of person who believes in letting the professionals do what they do best, so I always leave the decisions up to the stylist. It's always at least a little different, and always perfect. But they are also great at giving clients what they ask for, and most importantly, being honest about what they can and cannot do for your hair. After doing tons of research online, I finally chose a salon to go to after a year of living in CA! Everyone was so nice, the salon was clean and pretty, the stylist was AMAZING and did my haircut perfectly. She listened to everything I wanted and saw the vision I was going for. Super in love with my haircut. The only "negative" was I originally had an appointment scheduled with a artist in a lower price range for my budget but something happened with their online scheduling system and I had to re-schedule for a different day... they asked me if I had a artist in mind and I said no, just as long as they're in the same price range. At the end of my haircut, they told me the total and I internally was a little shocked but still paid and tipped well because it was partially my fault for not clarifying the price, but just bummed about that. Anyways, everything was 10/10 and would definitely recommend!!! read more

I can certainly say that I trust Yessie with my hair! I always leave Bellos salon satisfied. She is up to date with hair trends and knowledgeable when it comes to their products (their products are amazing btw, no bias). She recently bleached and dyed my hair "Copper Red". I first had trust issues dying my hair again because other salons left my hair damaged. I normally write bad reviews when I am livid about a business. I have been going to this salon for almost a year now, Lili and I just got off the phone in an argument over an appointment that, I admit, I was late for. It was not made clear how much time I had before the appointment was given up; I addressed my frustration and concern that I could have been notified about a grace period because my spot had been given up to another client. She got nasty and justified that "my slot was not given up because her shift starts at 9AM." This confused me profusely because my appointment was at 8:15AM, and I was told she was already assisting another client at 8:37AM? She refutes that she calls her clients to check up on them to see if they are coming within 15 minutes grace period, but I did not receive a call. When I mentioned I did not receive a call, she replied with "that's not my job." Considering that this salon requires a deposit to make appointment, it should be a courtesy to call the clients to ensure that are able to meet their grace period, and it should be made known that the grace period is 15 minutes. In addition, she dare say she did not "charge me for a deposit" today, when in fact my card was already charge for the deposit 3 weeks prior when I made the appointment. I am not upset that I lost my deposit, I am upset that she instantly got rude and nasty with me. For a business that values client loyalty, what I had experienced just now did NOT live up to those standards. PSA: I had another stylist here that cut my hair in the time Lili was out. The very last time I had my haircut, it was rushed and mistakes were made. I did not think this was a big deal, but after today I want to get this across to anyone who is reading reviews on this place. So this salon can be a hit or miss, and I cannot recommend this place anymore. read more

My Wednesday morning was going quite well when I had noticed my hair had become an unruly mess. Now I had never been to bello salon before as I had not lived in riverside for years, but I must say I will be making the trek from Anaheim to get my haircuts here from now on. From the moment I walked in and was greeted the environment was both relaxing and inviting. My stylist was Mary who did an absolutely phenomenal job of cleaning up my Mohawk. Her suggestion of adding a hard part on both sides of my head added a symmetry to my hair that really made my styling complete. The interior of the salon is as gorgeous as I felt after the perfect cut. Mary even suggested some product that would help keep my hair fresh since I'm used to having so much heat applied to it. Went to see Gloria and she turned my brassy ombre to a beautifully blended ash balayage! I also got a few inches off and some long layers and I love my new hair. Have one more session in about two months to get my overall look but have always lived how my hair looks after each session. I love this salon, I recently decided to try it after giving up on ever having nice hair. I have very frizzy unmanageable hair , I am always hesitant to try new places because my hair never looks like I want it to look. But this place nailed it, Valerie cut my hair. She did such a beautiful job, she kept my length but added volume without looking overly frizzy. I have gotten many compliments on the haircut, she framed my face in a way that makes me look thinner which is a plus for me.
