I've had the worst luck with hair dressers after mine relocated. They keep relocating or I'm just not happy with them. I found Bello salon on here and just so happened to be 8 mins from my house. I gave it a shot because I was in desperate need for a touch up before my birthday this weekend. These ladies are all SOOO nice and welcoming. They even gave me a tour around the salon. Sooo sweet. I was blessed to have been paired up with Diana. (I hope I got that name right I'm terrible with names. Please correct me if in wrong) but she is a hair goddess. I've had blonde hairstyles for years and typically the work she did takes 6-8 hours. She finished in 5. She's FAST and AMAZINGGGGG! I'm so happy with the final product. I already booked my next appointment before the holidays so I secure my spot. read more

I have to say I had the best experience! I usually don't like to go to salons because they always persuade you to do something you don't want to do so I haven't visited a salon for about two years, I've been using hair color in a box and I've been damaging my hair for a while..so finally I got rid of my fear and found this little gem of salon! I have to say Everyone was so friendly and made me feel right at home, And Kristi not only over delivered but she listen to my needs and concerns and made me feel super comfortable without feeling pushed in to any other than what I wanted! She totally gave me exactly what I wanted and more,a beautiful Red highlight without damaging my already over processed hair, thank you Kristi for your magic and thank you Bello staff for your hospitality! read more

The location is easy to find and the shop is absolutely beautiful! Such a happy, CLEAN, and professional environment! All the stylists were friendly and approachable but I worked with Amber. This stylist is a God send! Knows her craft, charges super fair prices, and educates you on hair care. Did exactly what I asked but gave honest opinions about what would look best for my frame and type. Felt super relaxed and valued the entire time I was in her chair. She has a customer for life with me! read more

Ingrid is a rock star!!! I wanted to switch things up, and after watching the new season of Stranger Things I noticed everyone had bangs. I've been so afraid of getting/having bangs for the longest time, but I realized how attractive they look and I finally went in to get them... I described what inspired me and what I wanted, showed a couple of pictures and she understood me right off the bat. My hair is so beautiful, I'm in love and I'm so excited to start my summer of gorgeous hair!!! I feel so sassy and confident now. I can't believe it! Wow! She's amazing. All the stars. Infinite stars!!! read more

The services offered here are absolutely amazing. The newest trends are available here before other places. One of the few places where you are offered wine btw. I have been coming here with my husband a critic of salons, started to join me too for +2yrs now. My favourite hair stylist is Christy Moore. She is extreamly amazing and a perfectionist, and you would never be disappointed. She will take her time to really get to know you and what you like, and then some how manage to remember everything. I have never been disappointed. I don't usually post reviews, but I know with the holiday season upon are heads everyone is searching for an amazing place. You have found it. This was my first time at this salon. It's been a long time since I've been to a salon, and what a fantastic experience it was. Spent three hours with Claudia as she colored and cut my hair. I love the outcome. It was quite a bit more money than I expected, but it will not deter me from coming again and getting my hair colored and cut. I was pampered and cared for. The place has a calm atmosphere. I would highly recommend this salon. read more

Diane did my hair and she did a pretty good job most the time. I would recommend this business to friends

Amazing experience! From the warm greeting we received from Charlene, and the excellent work from Diana. She does amazing work. Exactly what we asked for. My sister has very thin hair, and Diana gave her so much volume. I highly recommend this salon! read more

I drive here from Pasadena every five weeks. It's worth it. The salon is gorgeous, everyone who works here is amazing at what they do. I always feel like they're happy to see me, and I always leave feeling beautiful. I'm the sort of person who believes in letting the professionals do what they do best, so I always leave the decisions up to the stylist. It's always at least a little different, and always perfect. But they are also great at giving clients what they ask for, and most importantly, being honest about what they can and cannot do for your hair. They do great cuts for men and kids, and a nice glass of wine while I'm processing doesn't hurt! Do yourself a favor and let Bello make you beautiful. read more

This was my first time coming here and I was NOT disappointed! Charlene did an amazing job on my hair. The fullness she created and color is amazing!!! I didn't think it was possible to make my hair look so full...thanks to Charlene it was possible! Bello Salon - Another amazing hair day by @tnydancer. Love it - Hair Salons Near Me - Riverside, California

Went in asking for layers with fringe bangs came out with a mullet.... She ended up cutting at least half my hair off and not one single layer is on my head. i had to come home and trim my own bangs because they still dangled down over my eyes. She spent the entire time focused on blowdrying and styling instead of perfecting the haircut itself. I think she realized once everything was blow dried it still looked awful so she thought fixing it with curls was going to somehow make up for ruing my hair. Just an fyi to the stylists its ok to say you cant achieve a certain look. For a whole small amount of $70 you ruined my hair.. read more

Stellar experience with Michele! She took the time to really understand what I wanted and was so accommodating even when I changed my mind and wanted to add bangs. Everyone there was super friendly and I love the snack bar. What I liked best is that Michele taught me how to simply style my cut (while taking into account my request for low-maintenance) so it can always look great! She is clearly an expert and a pro and I've never had such a great salon experience! I can never go back to great clips now lol that I found her lol. I'm in love with my new look!! read more

After doing tons of research online, I finally chose a salon to go to after a year of living in CA! Everyone was so nice, the salon was clean and pretty, the stylist was AMAZING and did my haircut perfectly. She listened to everything I wanted and saw the vision I was going for. Super in love with my haircut. The only "negative" was I originally had an appointment scheduled with a artist in a lower price range for my budget but something happened with their online scheduling system and I had to re-schedule for a different day... they asked me if I had a artist in mind and I said no, just as long as they're in the same price range. At the end of my haircut, they told me the total and I internally was a little shocked but still paid and tipped well because it was partially my fault for not clarifying the price, but just bummed about that. Anyways, everything was 10/10 and would definitely recommend!!! read more

I can certainly say that I trust Yessie with my hair! I always leave Bellos salon satisfied. She is up to date with hair trends and knowledgeable when it comes to their products (their products are amazing btw, no bias). She recently bleached and dyed my hair "Copper Red". I first had trust issues dying my hair again because other salons left my hair damaged. But she left me with the color I specifically wanted and even though it's washed out now, my hair is still healthy! Thanks to their hair products. Going to return soon to retouch read more

Thank you Tehani! This was my first time going to her and she did an amazing job! Staff is always very welcoming and friendly.

I love Michele Bello and the girls, they do a great job on my hair. So professional, kind and talented. You will not be disappointed.

I normally write bad reviews when I am livid about a business. I have been going to this salon for almost a year now, Lili and I just got off the phone in an argument over an appointment that, I admit, I was late for. It was not made clear how much time I had before the appointment was given up; I addressed my frustration and concern that I could have been notified about a grace period because my spot had been given up to another client. She got nasty and justified that "my slot was not given up because her shift starts at 9AM." This confused me profusely because my appointment was at 8:15AM, and I was told she was already assisting another client at 8:37AM? She refutes that she calls her clients to check up on them to see if they are coming within 15 minutes grace period, but I did not receive a call. When I mentioned I did not receive a call, she replied with "that's not my job." Considering that this salon requires a deposit to make appointment, it should be a courtesy to call the clients to ensure that are able to meet their grace period, and it should be made known that the grace period is 15 minutes. In addition, she dare say she did not "charge me for a deposit" today, when in fact my card was already charge for the deposit 3 weeks prior when I made the appointment. I am not upset that I lost my deposit, I am upset that she instantly got rude and nasty with me. For a business that values client loyalty, what I had experienced just now did NOT live up to those standards. PSA: I had another stylist here that cut my hair in the time Lili was out. The very last time I had my haircut, it was rushed and mistakes were made. I did not think this was a big deal, but after today I want to get this across to anyone who is reading reviews on this place. So this salon can be a hit or miss, and I cannot recommend this place anymore. read more
