I will start with the good. The tub area was very relaxing. Spent my time in the medium warm tub…read morewhich was plenty hot so need for the really hot tub. It was comfortable...met several wonderful ladies. Stepped in the cold tub which I thought I'd like but I'm a whimp...too cold for me. Got the gold package which was like nothing I've ever done. Naked on a plastic table while getting an incredible all over scrub, massage, facial and then entire body coated in oil. My skin is so incredibly soft. The tiny little woman was freakishly strong and did an incredible job. I would definitely return and next time spend more time there. The saunas and ice room in tbe common area were amazing. I just peaked in each of them and they were absolutely beautiful. For the bad: Young girl at the front desk was rude. Mumbled and then basically yelled at me when I didn't understand what she said. Whatever everyone has their good days and bad days but someone needs to teach this girl how to speak to customers. The attendees in the locker room were helpful and kind. However... when women were talking, they literally yelled at them like they were children... "Ladies, who am I going to have to kick out! This is a quiet area" ... the tone they took with grown women was absolutely horrific. They claimed it was because people were trying to "relax" during their treatments. The treatments are not relaxing... they are in a communal room, youre on a plastic table getting scrubbed with buckets of water thrown on you and lube up with enough oil for a Diddy freak off. Like I said, I thoroughly enjoyed it but if youre looking for a quiet spa like experience, this isn't it. You must be comfortable walking around naked...it was actually quite liberating for me but may not be for everyone. I will definitely be back. Hoping this time the staff treats people with a little more respect and kindness.

One star, and unfortunately that's coming from someone who used to be a regular…read more I've been coming to Jeju for years and have spent a lot of money here on visits and services. It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. Plenty of other places out there that are happy to welcome everyone who walks through the door. ‍

Awful Spa Experience. I highly recommend that you NOT go here…read more My daughter treated me to spa package for my birthday and Mother's day that included a body scrub, massage, facial, and tea, which we did together. Unfortunately, the wet body scrub in a cold room left the table sheets damp, cold and very uncomfortable for my massage on the same table. The masseuse was reluctant to turn on an air heater at my request since it would make her "dizzy" since she was physically active. She finally turned on a room heater, but I was still very cold during my massage from the wet, cold sheets. Midway through the massage, the masseuse got the manager, and I waited outside the room while they put dry sheets on the table. However, very little time was left of the massage and the room was still cold (the heater had been turned off and I had to ask for it to be turned on again), so I never got the relaxing massage I was hoping for. Both times that I got on the table, the masseuse did not line me up straight and centered on the table. She also left a hot stone next to my arm which startled me and was quite hot. Meanwhile, the background music kept skipping intermittently which also made it hard to relax. I recommend skipping the $40 tea which we were rushed through. It consisted of an almost tasteless slice of tiramisu, a small tasteless Madeline wrapped in plastic (why was there only one for two people?), one chocolate, and peach tea. The tea is overpriced and needs improvement. The bottom line is that the body scrub and the massage were 100% an awful experience. The manager gave me 75% off the body scrub; 10% off the unrelaxing, cold and wet massage; and comped the tea. This was not enough to offset what was supposed to be a special, relaxing, pleasurable spa experience with my daughter, but instead was disappointing, unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.

My last review of Spring Massage was over 9 years ago, and that's how long I've been coming here…read more It continues to amaze me that over the years, they've maintained the quality of their massages and listened to customer feedback to make improvements. I pretty much exclusively get foot massages because I have severe psoriasis and I'm really self conscious. The massage therapists here are extremely understanding of my health issues and my decreased mobility over the years. They always make it comfortable and welcoming for me and are mindful of my autoimmune flareups. Some days I can't move properly, have zero mobility in my hands, and they accommodate me and help me move a bit better. Some days I scratch myself silly and it looks like terrifying, but they still help me find peace by putting the lotion on my calves and loosen up the muscles. I always add CBD (additional $10) but it helps calm my skin down a lot and it's great for my rheumatoid arthritis flareups. The quality and care Spring Massage delivers is comparable to those of high end "spas" without the hefty price tag. The prices are more than reasonable, their massage therapists are incredibly skilled and are willing to listen to your needs. I overheard another customer who came here for a pregnancy massage, and she had a few special requests. The owners listened and made sure they understood her completely before setting her up with a massage therapist. If you're looking for relaxing self care session that won't break the bank and walk away feeling like you're ready to face reality again, I highly recommend coming here to check it out for yourself. It's not a luxurious spa with all the fancy amenities. It's a small treat that's affordable enough to work it into a proper consistent self care routine.

On our way to our appointment we got a call from the spa that one of our massage therapist got in a car accident so they would have to move our appointment times about 2 hours out if we both wanted to be serviced at the same time. We were both offered an enhancement add on due to the appointment time change which we both appreciated. My husband got the Gliding Cupping enhancement since he was getting over a cough and I got the Herbal Heat Therapy enhancement The spa is very clean and serine. The set up of the draperies instead of walls and doors gives the space a sanctuary vibe. The ocean sound that they play helps your mind stay in the moment and enjoy the relaxing experience. The only two negatives is that since the rooms are divided by curtains instead of doors you can hear people walking and chairs moving and at some points I couldn't tell if someone was walking in my room or if they were in the room next door so focusing on that kept me from being relaxed. The 2nd con is that the spa does not accept HSA debit card payments which we normally use for our wellness day services. Overall we had a great first experience and both look forward to coming back and supporting our new local massage spa.

I was 10 mins early, my appointment was @11:30am and the man that was on the nail side told me to take a seat on the black velvet chairs. I sat and saw there was a lady that was from an inspection place and there was a customer on a pedicure seat. The inspector is checking things off and the man walks away and she follows him, the woman on the seat tells me that they were just inspected and that nothing is clean and they don't clean any of the materials which I say well I hope this side is better. It's now 11:38am and I decide to google the number and call it she tells me she will let the front know I am there. Then a couple mins later in walks in my lady from the outside and said she ran behind and would take care of me after she used the bathroom. She walks me in to this curtain small room and tells me to change and out all my items in a bin for storing. Then we walk to the chair where I am able to lay down. I felt very rushed and she was going through the combing and sensing very quick like she was trying to catch up with time. After a while she did slow down just a bit to massage my scalp. I couldn't really relaxed and essentially also felt tense that at one point she said relax but I just wasn't enjoying it. The halo was used for about 5 mins and then I was taken to a small back room where she dried my hair and while finishing I saw crawling on the wall a cockroach. Which made me question how clean the rest of the place is and I know it's small but it was just not a great experience. I will not be backs I tried to take some pictures but I just wanted to leave at the end of it all. $147 was my final charge for lateness and crawling bug, not to mention my hair was super dry.
