Bellevue Locksmithing - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me

We needed our front door rekeyed. Bellevue Locksmithing answered my call immediately, made an appointment only 1 day out. Excellent customer service, which is so hard to find now. Our technician Daniel was courteous and quick. Had the expensive system rekeyed in no time. Buying a whole new front door system wasn't necessary saving us about $700+. What a great company. read more

Came out on super short notice and changed the locks the same day. Great customer service.

During a snowstorm, while I was barely able to speak due to having the flu, not to mention miles away in a different state. Jeren came through and saved the day. Not once but TWICE to help get our business open in time for the busiest time of the year. This is the Best service I have EVER received, Thank you Jeren. I cannot thank you enough for your help. He was so kind, quick and so helpful. read more

Stupidly locked myself out of my car when parked at Kaiser Permanente when hubby was going in for surgery. Needed to get it unlocked in less than 90 min. Took them about 45 min. to get to me. Quoted $129 on the phone and then upped the price to $149 when they got there with no real explanation of why there was a difference between the standard and the deluxe service. I didn't care about the price. I just needed to get into my car in time to pick up hubby. We spent more time discussing the price than it took to open the car. Then I was told there was an additional fee of $30 for them showing up. The locksmith was friendly and courteous and fast, but I would have liked the pricing to be more upfront and honest. read more

I had a door handle malfunction and my door was stuck. I tried to remove the components myself but the door remained jammed. I called Bellevue Locksmithing, he responded quickly and did a clean, professional, reasonably priced job. I will call sooner next time and have reccomended him to my neighbors. Hard to find good craftsmen who are this professional and reasonably priced. Search no further. read more

Fast service, very friendly and knowledgeable. He squeezed our emergency re-key in on short notice and the bill was lower than what was quoted over the phone. Recommend and will use again. read more

Jeren was amazing. One the hottest Sunday ever, he was able to remove a stuck key from the door of my CRV, and went above and beyond to try and get me set up with a replacement that would work. He was super clear about everything he was going to do, any costs that would be applicable, and was a delight to be around. Really helped in a stressful situation, and much appreciated. HIGHLY recommend him - tenacious, easy-going and genuinely seems to want to help. Much appreciated. read more

Quick response, easy to schedule, great service, very reasonable price. Will absolutely use them again.

Available on short-notice, on a Sunday, to help us get into (and re-key) a closet in our office which we were locked out of. Scheduling/coordinating was easy, very communicative, and the service itself was professional and speedy. Jaren (the locksmith who came out), showed up in this slightly corny, but totally awesome SWAT-team-esque tactical gear attire, and was allll business with the mission. LOL. It made us all smile/chuckle, and was a really fun touch. Great marketing move on their part. Payment was all electronic and received emailed receipt immediately. Very organized. Anyway, will definitely be using this company for all locksmith needs going forward. read more

Husband changed our locks and when we shut the door to leave, realized he left the new keys inside. Called Bellevue Locksmithing and Jaren was out within 15 min. Unlocked the door within 3 min. Totally worth it. Super fast, super friendly. Would highly recommend. read more

Feeling uneasy after my experience with this company - has great ratings, so decided to reach out after locking myself out of my apartment. The representative that answered was really friendly - I called right before closing, however he still offered their service as they "send out technicians until closing". I asked for a price quote on my type of service, however he explained that only the technician is able to provide me with that. Understandable. The technician called a few minutes later, and said he has to be there to provide a quote, however he added that it "will be expensive" as I am calling "after hours". It was 10:55pm, and they close at 11pm, so technically not after hours, but I ignored the comment. Since he made it a point that it will be pricey, I responded with "okay, may I ask for an average cost/range?" To my dismay, he responded with "sorry, I can't help you" and hung up on me. I understand policy, however claiming I am calling after hours, which I was not, not providing any type of quote after stating "it will be expensive", and then hanging up on me was extremely unprofessional and frankly shocking. Luckily, had a much better experience after calling a different locksmith right after. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Great service! Jeren came out after hours on short notice when my vehicle ignition was locked and I needed to be at work the next morning. He came and resolved the issue quickly and pricing was reasonable. read more

Locked myself out of my newer model car in front of my apartment. Gave it everything I had to get it unlocked until I caved and called these guys, and it was honestly like a weight lifted off my shoulders. It maybe took him 20 minutes to get to my place and and felt like he got it unlocked in 2! And was even able to make me a spear car key that only took 5 minutes! Honestly we've all experienced how stressful it can be trying to get your car unlocked without the keys! Save your time, and your peace of mind! Call these guys read more

We recently bought a new home and hired Jeren to re-key our whole house. Jeren came out, gave us a competitive quote, and performed the job the same day. What impressed us about Jeren was his responsiveness and his industrious work ethic. He squeezed us in after performing another job across town and actually came over at 8pm, once the other job was finished, to do our home and stayed until the job was done. We were very impressed with the quality of product he produced and would recommend him highly. read more
