Their food has always been great. Recently there employees that work there are rude and incompetent and completely unprofessional. My card was charged 3x for the same order. The guy says the charges didnt go through, and took my cash as well. When I call in to find resolution, everyone is pointing fingers at everyone else and refuses to get the owner. This USED to be a great place for individual pies. I guess in the last few years they have new owners or something. You can really tell the difference. The pizza itself has no taste/unseasoned and the customer service is trash. I recently called in an order for 1 individual pie. I was told 10-15 minutes. I went to pick it up but the guy at the front told me he had no phone orders waiting. Instead of apologizing and trying to make it right he grabbed his co workers who insisted I must have called the wrong location. When I showed them my phone with the correct location n phone they said oh you could have called but you didn't place an order???!!! I just don't understand how they are in business. Their prices are reasonable as well ($9-10/ pizza). I've only ordered a couple of times, and I always get a Veggie Special. It's really good: not too many or too less. I've tried the Buffalo Chicken and BBQ chicken so far. Also the FREE cheese pizza! Love...love...love the small personal pies from Famous Pizza! This place is a neighborhood gem. The prices range from $7.50 for the single topping pies to $8.75 for the specialties. A fair price to pay for a pie you can claim as your own. I admit that in my pangs of hunger I have single handedly consumed the entire 10 inch pie. It's definitely best fresh out of the oven as I usually find the crust a little tougher to chew after reheating. But I must say, leftovers here rarely happen. I love their pizzas. How they are individual sized, thin, crunchy and flavorful. Love the vast toppings you can get as well. Very extensive. However their burgers are dry but it is hard to get a good burger these days....Their french fries are really good....and their falafel tasted bitter to me. Their Caesar salad is oh my god amazing....I so love it with the grilled chicken. They make the best grilled chicken just the way I like it. Sliced thin with herbs for flavor and cooked well done. I don't like big pieces of chicken so this is great. They are the only place I will order a caesar salad from. Good for Pizza, salad and French Fries!
