Pulled in parking lot due to a tire losing air. There was a nail in the tire. Walked in and all the stalls were full and the room had numerous customers. We were told it would take at least an hour and a half before they could look at our vehicle. We went out for a lunch and was called when our truck was finished. Worst experience ever! They will try scamming you and telling you need parts that aren't needed before they will do an alignment. Learned that the hard way after I bought tires from them. Took to another place and they did an alignment with no issue and said no parts were needed. Saved myself 2,000 by getting a 2nd opinion. Not sure if they do this to all people or if it was because I was a women, either way they were dishonest and I will tell everyone I know not to trust them. read more

Good for tires sometimes. Don't trust them for anything else, especially when they say" we can do that". Needed a trans line replaced on a Buick before all other work was to be done. We can do that. Slapped tires on it and claimed their tech was unavailable. Had to go back for a reseal losing psi I rear tires. Wanted trans work done. We can do that. Cut off skid plate and then told we can't do that. Wouldn't meet me half way on a replacement told me part is discontinued. Toyota said I can get it in 2 days. Good for tires.... buyer beware. Boy oh boy-after looking at the reviews for this location, before writing mine, I'm alittle shocked. I certainly hope the previous people who had bad experiences did contact management about their issues. With that being said, I can only go by what my experience was this past Tuesday when I had to go in to get my tires put on. It wasn't overly crowded which I was happy about, and I actually had an appointment-we are long time customers and have had alot of vehicles brought here for tires. We don't go anywhere else. I was waited on by Matthew, who I thought was very nice and helpful. Any questions I asked him he either knew or found the answer for me. I was able to get tires while the rebates were going on so that was a plus. I had brought a book to read thinking I may be there a couple hours, but I think it was pretty quick-maybe an hour total to get the tires on & check alignment. The place is big and spread out, I found the chairs comfortable, and though I didn't get coffee there was a coffee station. Also, don't want to forget to mention that when I walked in, there were about 4-5 guys behind the counters & I thought I'd get ignored(has happened other places)but they all told me they'd be with me shortly. That was a nice change to be acknowledged that your standing there! Anyway, the place seemed clean and I was comfortable waiting. I thought they'd try to sell me stuff I didn't need, and that wasn't the case. Maybe it's because tires are not cheap lol! I called the day before my visit, and was told there were not any available appointments for the following day, but if I arrived when they opened, they would work me in. So I drive a enterprise work van like a lot of companies do and I brought my van to get tires and brakes. When I arrived, the guy behind the counter was a jerk. They told me to leave my van there for the weekend. I dropped it off Friday night Saturday morning they call me and say that enterpriseisn't cooperating and they won't be able to do my enterprise fleet vehicle at all and to just come pick it up. If you have an enterprise fleet van van would definitely not recommend bringing it here. It will just be a waste of time. read more

Called Belle tire to get my tire put on a wheel. Man said $30. Thought that was alot as last time I had one done it was $7. Called Monroe auto also in Lapeer,$10. So took it there ,took 15 minutes to mount with new valve stem and said it was complimentary, no charge. So that looks like Belle is charging $120 an hour for their work? read more

If I could I would give this zero stars. First time I took a vehicle to Belle tire, I had new tires put on. Immediately after leaving all my tire sensors stopped working when they were completely fine before the new tires were put on. Took it back right away. They of course said it was not their fault then tried to sell me new sensors. Second time I went to Belle Tire, a few years later, the Lapeer location, I purchased 5 new tires for my jeep wrangler. I clearly stated that I wanted to keep my old tires. They still had some life and I had a buyer for them. Went to pick up my jeep and my old tires were gone. I mean not even in the building anymore gone. My vehicle was only there a couple hours. Then they tried to sell me more tires to replace them! After I just spent well over $1,000. Unbelievable.....I have not and will never return to a Belle Tire. read more

Brought my navigator in today for new tires. They told me I needed new rear breaks.. calipers, roters and pads. I told them I had a mechanic I trust and would take it to Him. Upon leaving I immediatly noticed the break pedal was going nearly to the floor. I was a bit confused but kept driving. Then came the break light on and smoke. I pulled into the gas station.. by this time the low fluid light came on and there was break fluid gushing from the front end. I immediatly took the car back to the shop where I was of course told it was not their fault. The guy who put the tires on came.out to look and said my front break line was broken and couldn't be replaced unless I fixed the rear breaks as the lines need to be bled and that can't be done with faulty calipers. Fast forward a fee hours later once the vehicle was at my mechanics and he says there is NO problem with the calipers, roters or pads!!! AND that it's COMPLETE BS to be told the front line can't be fixed without repairing the rear calipers. As far as the break line being damaged, he hasn't looked at that yet but Says he will be able to tell if there was something negligent done (I will update review when I know). So as it sits now...these mfrs lied to me about needing new rear breaks and somehow let me leave with a busted break line!!!! read more

Regular customer; I used to purchase tires here for multiple vehicles, including over-sized off-road tires, and have always used this location for any services i needed done. Until now... The tech slammed my vehicle into the curb with my steering at full lock to the right, then proceeded to throw my truck into park before it stopped moving. The in-store supervisor told me it would be taken care of. I reached out to the Manager of this Location thru multiple emails with no response. I held my review for a week thinking i would at least be contacted back by the management and have a chance to explain what happened. If so they would have had the chance to gain back a loyal customer that just spent thousands of dollars at their location and earn a better review from me, but here we are. Just be wary as a customer that this location cares more about profit than customer satisfaction. I will no longer be purchasing tires for any of my vehicles through this location. UPDATE: Its been over a week of trying to get a response from management. I am still owed an Alignment and a safety inspection that they neglected to perform when my tires were initially installed. this place is a joke. i wish i had never given them a cent. read more

I was told they had several tires in stock for the size I was looking for. I asked about making an appointment for Saturday they said no first come first serve. Upon arrival first thing Saturday morning I do not have the tires in stock they said they had instead they had tires that were $40 more apiece. Crappy or tread pattern and not even close to what they said they had. I was told not to go to Belle tire, But I didn't listen. Well I guess I found out the hard way. RIDICULOUS!! Got there at 10:30, was told there were only 2 other cars before mine, and 2 and a half hours later my car had not moved and every time I asked them how long it would be I was told the job ahead of mine was a big one and it would still be awhile. My husband needed two tires for his car so while he was in the store, he asked about some new all season tires for my Ford Fusion. He was told that they were in stock so we stopped by 2 days later. Unfortunately, when we arrived (should have called ahead to double check) we were told that they actually were not in stock and they would have them in the next day. I was a little irritated because this place isn't right down the street from our house but they wouldn't have had time to put them on anyway. They gave us an appointment for 6:30pm the next day, and we were on our way... We showed up at 6:30pm and the place was packed! Though we had an appointment, we still had to wait a bit. We didn't get out until 8pm. I was not sure if my car needed an alignment and I'm surprised when they checked they were honest and told me I didn't. Made the mistake of giving them another try! My wife needed new tires, they're prices are competitive so she gave them the opportunity to improve. BIG Disappointment!! They failed to set the pressure sensors to the new wheel locations, and 1 NEW tire has a slow leak. I had to take it back so they could set the sensors and was told I'd have to wait for them to address the leak. It's so slow I chose to come back later. Since then my wife went up there for an oil change and to have the tires rotated (for free since they were purchased there). They quoted her a price twice the rate of the dealer! Then tried to sell her the "cheaper option" still higher than the Chevy Dealer. So she politely asked them to "just" rotate the tires. So guess what they DIDN'T do? Yep, reset the tire location sensors AGAIN! This place SUCKS! If you got good service here you got lucky... consistency is what builds a business, Belle Tire Lapeer has none! Oh! I still have that slow leak in the brand new tire too! read more

RIDICULOUS!!!! Dropped off my car for tire rotation when they opened; was told would be done in an hour. Came back an hour latter and nothing had been done! Was told by Rob that I was moved back from the front of the line. Obviously since I already had my tires previously, my free tire rotation wasn't important. Lesson learned: They don't care about you once you have made a purchase, if they can make a sale by putting you off, they will. Despite what all the other ratings say I think the Lapeer Belle Tire does a phenomenal job! They are very informative and don't try to sell me a lot of other things that I did not come in for. My dad and I went here today to get my tire fixed and the service was quick (they did tell us they're not too busy today) even though we didn't have an appointment. I was the second one there. Waited an hour and a half for them to check low pressure in my tire. Two people that got there after me, left before me. When my car was done, did someone come and tell me? No. I just happened to notice it sitting back out in the lot. I had to go up and ask if I could please leave. The young man saw the paper work sitting there and said "It's $20". Once again- I had to ask - "What was wrong with the tire?". He didn't know. He had to go find the man that worked on it and ask him. The general consensus was a rim leak. But they didn't seem real sure of it. I can see why they do not get good reviews. And I had read the reviews ahead of time and really was going to go someplace else, but being new to the area, I didn't know where else to go. I went in for an alignment the other day. First he says the inner tierod needs replaced and then later, the whole rack and pinion. Total would be $780. I took it to an ASE Certified mechanic in Port Huron who said the rack and pinion and the inner tierods were fine. He said it just needed shocks all the way around and a front end alignment. Maybe the mechanics at Belle Tire work on commission and were "upselling". I'll never trust them again with any vehicle. read more

The counter guys are rude. they diagnostic my car for electrical issue It took them 1.5 hours worth of Labor for someone to tell me" uhh I think it's a computer issue but I don't know which one" well thanks sherlock i knew that.
