Getting clear answers was nearly impossible, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping. Their lack of professionalism gave me zero confidence in their ability to handle my vehicle, so I decided not to use their services at all. I responded that they could have led with that, to which he says "well you could have acted like an adult" and hung up on me. Most unprofessional conduct I have experienced in decades.
