Not good enough. I called Monro and explained my situation to Todd and he told me to come right over, he would not leave me stranded. Getting clear answers was nearly impossible, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping. Their lack of professionalism gave me zero confidence in their ability to handle my vehicle, so I decided not to use their services at all. If they can't manage basic communication, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to trust them with actual repairs. I would not recommend this shop.

I called and confirmed they dispatched a truck, and said if we knew they were in Lapeer we would have gotten someone local. The guy answering starts yelling at me, tells me not to give him that, and that they're local, and their driver is 15 minutes out. I responded that they could have led with that, to which he says "well you could have acted like an adult" and hung up on me. Most unprofessional conduct I have experienced in decades. The tow truck driver, on the other hand was the complete opposite of the dispatcher. He was friendly, helpful and got the car started immediately.
