I figured my car drives well enough that I'll be driving it for a few more years so why not get an estimate from a local small shop. I took my car in to Muffler Man on a Thursday afternoon. They took it right in and less than 10 minutes later, had the problem diagnosed and quoted me $225. More than half off of what Monroe quoted!
