They told me not to worry too much, they could accept the car same day and would figure out the problem. After their diagnosis, they let me know that the repair was related to a part that Ford has a recall on, so it needed to go to a Ford dealer. No fault of their own. Since the repair couldn't be done at Pioneer, my review is based solely on their customer service, which was wonderful. Tiffany was so helpful and supportive no matter how many times I called. They let me leave the car there for two days while I figured out other arrangements, never pressuring me to get it moved. On Friday, Tiffany even took the initiative to call me and offered a solution to get my car moved over to the nearby Ford dealership, where I had made an appointment. This removed a task from my schedule that I was dreading. I drove by later in the afternoon to pay them the diagnostic fee (which they even discounted for me!) and double check that my car had made it safely over to the nearby Ford dealer. Everything was taken care of, Pioneer made my day a whole lot easier. If their repair service is half as good as their customer service, then this place is an easy recommend! I have been taking my vehicles here since the early nineties and will never take one there again…read more The owner of the muffler shop bought out Orion auto (I believe by force as he would not disclose where our favorite manager Greg went!) and he has been gouging with his prices! He got away with it for awhile but his last estimate of $1100 for a brake line and fuel pump and straps was the last straw for us! After paying $80 for an estimate I went else where. I was able to purchase the parts and total parts and labor with fuel pump censure thrown in got it done for $600! His men also forgot to Greece my daughters wheel after changing a Bering! Who forgets that? I told him I know you bought the place next door so you need to recoup some money but u r way out of line and I will never ever be back, What a shame, this business has been known for their honesty and workmanship for so long it's just a shame that a new greedy and not very good mechanic is going to strip this business of its good name!

I took my car in for a fluid leak, they were able to fix it but also found an issue with my…read moresuspension system. They 'fixed' that issue, but when I picked my car up there was a new clunking noise. I took it back in the next day and they said another part was broken with the same area of suspension. They then tried to get me to spend another $800 to fix this issue, and worked around saying they didn't break that part. This establishment, in my opinion, was trying to get more money out of me for an issue they caused. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and will never go back. Might I add, the part that broke was only 5 months old.
