Most of the time shops reject servicing a Diesel truck but the shop had no problems helping fix the issues. I upgraded to Warn locking hubs and I had a bearing failure. The shop sourced the bearing and race for the hub with no problems. They also let me know the Ball Joints were worn and could use a new set. Once they had the front apart I had them service the front brakes as well as the Ball Joints. I felt the shop was more than professional in the service and pricing on parts to bring the truck back to 100% safety for my trip back home in St Louis, MO. I have a 550 mile drive back. I went to Northern Spring Company and I already have my truck back in my driveway only a hour after drop off. That is an excellent place to take your vehicle to, professional, timely, and does the job right like people used to do. Not screwing you out of every dollar to do nothing like Tri Action Auto.
